All I'm saying is that Jurassic Park was a fun series, and I liked it too, but it doesn't need to be traced and copied in every dinosaur-related production and that is blatantly what you're doing here.

Nobody's saying you can't create a game like it, but here's my impromptu advice. People draw prehistoric animals as a profession; it's called "Paleo-Art." Lots of these people would love to help design a game. Instead of ripping off a popular movie's designs, look into artists like Todd Marshall.

WOW! Just today I was running Uniengine Heaven 2.0 and thinking how badly they needed to make a game based on this... here's the thing: I FUCKING LOVE DINOSAURS! I've loved em since the day I first learned about them (i wasn't even 5 yrs old then)--- I CANT BELIEVE I GET A DINOSAUR GAME ON UNIENGINE :D

But I'm one of the donators (on the official site), which means I get a lot of exclusive sneak peaks of work in progress, and I'll automatically get into the beta and also get a free digital copy when it launches :) ... Anyway they've switched from Unigine engine to Unreal Engine... And the game is looking great. check out the newer videos.

You guys are doing an amazing job - But the Dinosaurs are coming off as way cooler than the humans right now. You really need to make the current human classes much more appealing! The next two human classes need to be really cool. Right now, Dinosaurs are so much cooler. Make sure the humans get vehicles, also! Because if they're stuck on foot, they're dino food!

@spinosaurus1 Game will be online first. Team of human mercenaries fighting against a team of dinosaurs. So yes. Currently both sides have 5 classes, all of which are revealed at the Primal Carnage forums under the section news.

Multiplayer will be 5v5/10v10 or something similar.

I love what this game is becoming and I can't wait for the demo release. Though, I'm a little bothered by some of the dino models, for example: the Stegosaurus is extremely out-of-date and the rex feels a little too massive, almost clumsy.

Piracy is something that can only be prevented/curved at least by a great game! We plan on doing that. We are looking into the console market and are working on bringing it to xbox live and psn.

@xin0 Sad but true. Though a good way to prevent that is by adding a decent multiplayer aspect to the game. If you wanna play online you gotta buy it. Or another way is through good piracy protection like Valves Steam. Yes you can get pirate copies of steam games, but its just a pain in the ass... On the topic of the game, I dont know much about it, but I do know the graphics look amazing. The same engine is used in several other upcoming games, so alot to look forward to I guess :).

Don't think it's meant to show off the game, more the capabilities of the wonderful Unigine engine. This video is employing the art of misdirection, I think ;) - I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of carnage in the actual game!
