Some of Walmart's practices are reasons why my spending at their stores has decreased, and my shopping at Target has drastically increased. At least $50 per month at Walmart only for phone service (Straight Talk), and amost $200 per month at Target (my preferred store for almost everything, including groceries). Yes, I know Target may be a bit more expensive, but mostly in a few departments.
I work for Wal-Mart so I can't say much because it's job security. Besides every store is different. That store looks like it has poor management. Unattended pallet jack on the sales floor. Nice safety violation there. You guys shouldn't have been able to do that. Not blaming you or anything because that certainly is some crap. Sorry you had to deal with that.
