Love your singing. I just ought a 3 month old lutino tiel today. It has a bald spot on its head. Is that normal and is it going to grow back? Its eyes are a little bit larger than normal too.

Tiel is sensitive and can over react to things. I suggest place paper on top of the cage to give a sense of privacy and security to help with calm it down. Try distracting the bird's attention by giving treats, such as the sunflower seed (5-10 pieces at a time for it's high in calorie), or whistling. My tiel screamed for a while when I first placed it in a cage. It eventually calmed down when it realized the cage is not causing any harm to it.
Are you're trying to pat your tiel? Mine doesn't like me using my fingers to pat it but it loves it when I use things like plastic caps, plastic spoon to gently rub it's head and back (do be very gentle). My guess is it feels more like the hardness from another bird's beak. After 7/8 or so in the evening, let your tiel have its quiet bedtime. Try not to disturb it by reaching your hands to it or it'll be sure to attack your hands ^_^

My mom accidentally stepped on my bird once and all of its long tail feathers fell off the next day :-( Gladly, the feathers started to grow very soon. Sprinkle some egg york in your bird's food dish to supplement the diet with more protein during molting. Observe closely, and hopefully your birds tail feather will grow back soon!

I just realized recently that the ceramic bowl I sometimes place in his cage for the apple peels is the reason why my bird gets into crappy mood. For some reason it hates the bowl and will bite me if I try to pet it when that bowl is around. As soon as I removed the bowl, my bird's behavior becomes normal!
Your cockatiel is a lutino which would make it hard to visually sex. So there will be no barrings underneath the tail, nor will the cheeks look any different compared to a male or female. Since lutinos look all the same. NOw since your tiel is singing it could possibly be male. BUt I have a femal who sings and lays eggs. LOL!!
thanks for your informative reply! I now know my tiel is a lutino and how it's different than the other breed. It explains why he has eye colored eyes and that mysterious baldness behind its crest. One thing that makes me think he's likely to be a male is one of my male lovebirds HATES him! I never let them stay anywhere close after I saw this male lovebird chasing the tiel all around to give him a good bite!
the baldness beind the crest is actually a genetic deformity due to the color mutation, and one way you can tell sex is by yellow spots under the wings, which your bird lacks :] i have a lutino pearl too, hes on my channel if you want to watch him play with a lacrosse stick :D
Well a bo usually has more bright patches on the face, than a female. Also males tend tobe more vocal. Maybe try looking underneath her tail feathers to see if there's any light yellow barring or spots. But by the way it's singing, he sounds like a boy : )

It's name is tweetwee. Sometimes the purple stain from the grape also gets on its crest, chest, and all over its beak ^_^
