jeff, this isnt professional medical advice. chest pain, or any "chest angina" can also mean something became wrong with your heart. panic, especially if its with a high heart rate means your heart is under "sympathetic stress" meaning it might overwork itself. you could have had a heart problem pop up from the sauce. peppers can lead to heart attacks if taken in high enough dose.

I was like this my first time too, but like any intoxicant you build a gradual resistance to the stuff once you start using it on a more frequent basis and in greater amounts. Nowadays I can't eat wings without coating them in anything tamer than the regular Dave's Insanity. Dave's Ultimate Insanity and Vicious Viper are what I consider genuinely "hot" now; Dave's Original is just flavorful. My ultimate goal is to eat a Bhut Jolokia and put it on YouTube like these other crazy bastards.

The daves ghost pepper is full of flavour goes lovly with food , but burns like hell if you use to much or have it raw ( the burn is like a metal pipe been heated till it glows then put on your tounge) ....

Daves insanity hot sauce , hasnt got the amazing flavour but it burns less and is good for heating food ( the burn is just a regular hot sauce burn but intensified)

Ghost pepper has a stronger burn, but it has a much better flavor, aroma, consistency, and a bigger endorphin rush. Having tried both, I strongly prefer Ghost Pepper sauce, it's good on everything.
