I would hope that people who are 'unfamiliar' with gay people wouldn't take those images and run with them (a lot do, though). True their are very few black male gay guys on the mainstream media but plenty behind the scences. But I remember Karamo Brown I identified with on the Real World but that was years ago.
I agree with you 100% I was just having this conversation with my friend about the show 1 girl 5 gays and how that wasn’t any type of representation of guy like us.... Just regular guys who are cool and laid back and not all queen y (nothing wrong with that) . If it wasn’t for Karomo Brown from the real world Philly and Noah’s Arc I wouldn’t have been aware of the full spectrum of gay black me It s shame that full spectrum isn’t shown but that’s the world we live Great post Btw!!
