I hope to at least see gay rights pull though in America because here in Korea, I can't imagine it will ever happen. Koreans are shy to even mention homosexuality. But, people here aren't aggressive towards gays either... sexuality is just taboo in our culture.

If gay marriage is legal then that sends a message that being gay is ok and there is nothing wrong with it(which there isn't). So in an effort to make everyone else live as they want they protest gay marriage. They also think if being gay is seen to be OK by society that more people will become gay. they actually don't care if you have the feelings only if you act on them so in there minds its true.
