  • true master!

  • This is awesome. You're one of the reasons I bought a Sandberg California JJ4. I'm not disappointed!

  • great control

  • excellent ...

  • I own a JM4, I know all the Sandberg guys, it is a GREAT company with the chillest crew in the world, if you could imagine how a company would run by a bass player, that is Sandberg attitude!

I started playing bass on a Fender Jazz Bass, so I have been adjusting my technique to Sandberg, since it has a thinner neck, but (seems to me ) more spacing between strings at the bridge pickup (which is where I mostly play).

I guess it all depends, because slap is a KILLER on my JM4 (also Delano pickups

  • nice stuff

  • Very nice job.

  • Man, You are great! Where did you learn to play like that? I' have never heard the song, but i love this bassline, now i want to learn it myself. What a groove!

  • Perfeco

  • Nice playing! Randy is ridiculous isn't he?!

If you like Randy's playing, maybe you'll like the latest album he's played on - its called 'All About The Music' by Allstars Collective. Their myspace is theallstarscollective. Peace :)

  • very nice

but I wouldn´t play chords with low notes

  • what does it mean?

  • ok perhaps my english isn´t that good

at the end you play two notes together but you could hear it better in high position

  • its in the origional song

  • He means, play the last two chords up an octave because he thinks it'd sound better

  • @dirtkeepdafunk

    It means he's 15 and/or can't play a blues in G

  • @jazzmadmax - I don't see/hear any chords w/ low notes. The chords sound great to me!

    @dirtkeepdafunk - they're all diminished triads, right?

  • awesome! I also tried a Sandberg in a Musicshop! is was sooooo Groovy funky!

How did you record it? really like to hear! :D

  • Great playing!

Only small thing I could remark on the entire piece is that u have a tendency to drag in tempo on the 16th at the end. And thats just a little critic so that u can get it perfect and not to be a smartass :)

    Great groove!

  • This is just soooo cool!

  • Wow, I want that technique!

  • awesome!!!!!!

  • very nice'a, i notice your right hand uses minimal movement i wish my playing was more like that, effortless! my fingers always fling around more. u play very well ^-^

  • Mamma maia!!!!!!!!!!!

  • grooooooooovy yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Little fantasy! Repetitive

  • I like your style a lot!!! Well done!!!

  • Is this Bass Creme or Virgin white?

  • bravo!!!

  • Awsome 5/5 :)

  • awesome *thumbs up*

  • Nicely played - I've never been able to work out the 16th notes at the end. Very well done!

  • E tutto senza testa!

    Sono molto impressionato.

Forse dovremmo anche i tagliare fuori la mia testa. Forse non si può suonare se si pensa troppo

  • hello there, i also began playin a sandberg just before newyear, a jm4, nice playing sandbrother ;)

  • ciao.. non vedo la testa.. ma scommetto che ci siamo conosciuti al blitz.. gran bel viaggio con il basso.. ottimo suono.

    a presto

  • Hey,
