Ok. I'm a fan of Marie Fredriksson (and Strömstedt and Glenmark as well) and this isn't a bad song. However, the filmmakers clearly looked a little bit too much at "The Return of the King" and "Into the West" by Annie Lennox. It's almost as if they said "hey, let's do our own, Swedish version of that song and let's pick our Swedish Annie Lennox to sing it for us". The result is, in my opinion, simply a lesser copy.

Sofia Helin (Cecilia Algosdotter) is such a beautiful woman. That scar (or birthmark or whatever it is on her right lip) makes her so beautiful. This role was perfect for her. Good movie although I only saw the international version which was half of Arn I and II.

Åh jösses... det rinner tårar för mig nu så här mitt i natten. Musiken, texten och filmen, allt är så ofantligt fint. Haha, när jag såg den här filmen på bio grät jag så mycket (d.v.s. jag bölade högt och hulkade) att jag helt missade hela sista scenen. När jag sedan såg filmen på DVD blev jag jätteförvånad över att det var en scen med (SPOILERVARNING) begravningsceremonin i kyrkan. Det sista jag minns är att Cecilia håller Arn i sin famn och sedan helt plötsligt rullar eftertexterna. ;P

Did you mean the "split" of Roxette? There isn't a split... last year they gave their comeback at the Night of the Proms in Belgium, the Netherlands and in Germany ;) And right now they annonced some gigs for this year in Scandinavia and in Russia.

Unfortunately I can't tell you whether the film is good or not. But it's called "ARN - Riket Vid Vägens Slut", not as I first wrote "Alla Himlens Änglar", sorry I mixed up something! I've just corrected this mistake. The CD with the soundtrack is called "Alla Himlens Änglar".
