livefree2011 Tnx .The system is still running good. Not off-grid yet .Batt.bank is 24volt ..230 amps. I use an inverter 24dc - 230 ac , 1kw max . House lighting and pc. You can make it portable ,quite a bit of work , make a mast easy pull up and down . See the recipe book and website of Hugh Piggott . The best info.

@mrg00ddude its a star design and it is 3 phase and it goes to a rectifier wich is diodes blocking the flow of electric one way (dc) and it goes + and - to a charge controler from there... i have been studying and im bout to make my own thanks to you tube people

fantastic looking progress... i see other coments are 5 months old how has things gone up till now?? are you running smooth? oh are you off-gride with this?? and if so what size batt. bank do you feel good with and are you on a inverter? again what size? im trying to get my self a diy wind generator built in the city to take out and abroad would this size machine be small enough to set up multipul times a month and packed up for transport?

There is nice work and very fine finishing of the stator I like to know what is the diameter of stator and coil turn and coil wire gauge .

@nasirahsan . Hey Nasirahsan , de rotor diameter has 350mm 12 magnets 2x .The coils have 55 turns bifilair 1,6mm (design Hugh Piggott)
