@claptronic918 as far as I can tell it's actually a fairly big metaphor for today's society. Feel Good Inc. implies that the world and social structure try to provide pleasure and comfort as if true happiness were a product. It's the epitomy of the sin humanity has created for itself. The floating island flies, signifying freedom. It's also in the clouds, where heaven is. when 2 D looks out he longs to be free of the sin and lies of modern society.

I know what the song is about. Its about the gorillaz and a whole bunch of other ppl being "asleep" or dulled by a whole bunch of sinful things. 2D, Murdoc, and Russel wake up, and at the end they go back to sleep. Apparently 2D wants to be outside with Noodle on a floating island held up by a windmill and get away from Feel Good Inc. Was that helpful?
