@MsPumbaa Have had this problem (since I´m vegetarian), now it´s getting better. Keep drinking milk or eat cheese, everything with calcium! Furthermore, there are calcium-pills, which I had to take later for several reasons, now my nails are getting stronger and stronger! :D
