My probles is now, when i'll connect i've receive a message: Information. Host has closed the session. What do I wrong?

and when i start VNC lite on the computer and when i log in i receive another message: Do you wish to attempt to reconnect to (my ip) and when i click 'Yes' nothing happenend and the message come back again and again. And when i click 'No' he would't start. Can anybody help me?

ps It's possibly that this message is not that good English, I'm from Dutch

i've already downloaded vnc lite but when i start it you'll have to fill in a server but how do you no what's the server? If i fill in my i.p adress it doesn't work. Help me plz
