  • the thing I remember is that the acoustics were so bad because the Murrieta Parks and Recreation department didn't want tot make our show a success

  • I am so proud to have been a part of this production!

  • I could almost die that I was not a part of this.....

  • @headdeadbug you should have been there!

  • Looooook....iiiiitttt's meeeee!

I was suprised by how many shots of me were in the trailer! The vid is so awesometacular! I've had that song on my MP3 Player/computer/cds since...forever, love it!

  • I like the end when the clips start going real fast.

  • Me and my friends came to see this play in Murrieta. It was sooo good! They made the story real for me. And the best part was we only had to pay a dollar cause were in high school!

  • wow good stuff.

    Got any Shakespeare?

  • Thanks, and yes, we do.

Check out Part One of our web series, "Brewing the Storm: The Making of 'The Tempest,'" for the 2008 SJV Shakespeare Festival, now on YouTube. More to come as the production unfolds.

Also in negotiations: Twelfth Night, Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, and more...

  • I love this video!

I am a junior high teacher and I used this to sum up our study of Arthur Miller's masterwork.

The kids loved it! Some even said they "finally got the plot" after watching it.

Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see what classic you do next!

  • sweeeeet!

this story is still relavant today

  • Great music video. wish I had seen the play.

  • Nice video. I got chills watching it.

How did you choose what shots to use?

  • I simply whittled down the hours of footage until I could show an outline of the whole story. The shots that remained were the best ones I could get on the fly.

  • Cool

  • I see plays all over the Inland Empire and MRT never disappoints.

    Congrats on another great show!

  • To the cast and crew, I attended the play with my daughter and grandson. You gave an intense, riveting, and exceptionally well acted performance. Thank you for being part of Murrieta's fledgling cultural scene.

  • Awesome work man!

    That song rocks.

Love how you made the pictures match the beat.
