I work at GCU and I would not work at nor attend a University that I did not believe in. We do not cheat you out of your money. People who call FCs and harass them about refund checks or stipends are CHECK CHASERS, and you have no place in school. At ground campuses, you get guidance but once or twice a year. ECs answer the phone to help you because we want you to graduate! We do not just give out degrees. Unlike Univ. of Phoenix, we have standards and do not enroll nearly half a million people.
I am currently enrolled at GCU online. It is very challenging. More so than at ground campuses I have attended. Some ground classes I have taken were below high school level. This school is very good in my opinion.
I'm currently in grad school at Northern Arizona University and got my undergrad at GCU (on campus)....my grad degree is proving to be like kindergarten in comparison to the workload at GCU. It is a very good school and very challenging. I would disagree with it being a "degree mill"
I agree,,...It is horrible. YOu are virtually paying for a degree. The work is less than challenging...I attended as a Graduate student, and found the coursework not near as challenging as my undergrad degree in the same major...a joke is correct. Even worse, the enrollment counselors always answer their phones, but your finance counselor..will never return your call.
With your financial aid you are always left in the dark. I knew more than my finance counselor.

This place is a joke. 13,000 students online that go to a degree mill. Go to CSU online instead or EKU any one but this. JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE
I just got accepted to GCU! and i'm so excited to start my online education. I'm from California and plan to visit the campus a couple times.
