Raids: Were actually BIGGER pre TBC, 40 people to a raid, as opposed to 10/25 after TBC was released. If by "big" you mean important, they always were. And there are pretty much the same number of raids before and after TBC came out.
The 2 dislikes are World of Warcraft fanboys.

New weapons and monsters: Mostly old weapons and monsters with a new pain job.
Only revolutionary thing about TBC imo is the flying mount.
