The Mage on mine will not forge the amulets at the end. Please help.

@spezio184 J had similar problem because j had this skill that turned my enemy's to dust when killed by lighting spell.On this particular quest they should not be turned to dust by fire or lightning but should be removed any other way so when they are gone they appear kneeling on this altar or something .When i killed them with spells that does not turn them to dust everything was fine and j posses the amulet now
