I have an FA91 with a 12-13 inch barrel and a 4 inch fake suppressor. Its pinned and welded on so I would have to take it to a gunsmith.

Nope. It's a G3 on a Dan Coonan receiver. Don't mistake the two if you get one, the bolt components ARE NOT interchangeable.
The CETME is the Spanish/original version of the H&K G3/91 developed later, after Germany was allowed to produce weapons again.
