The people have scuba diving stores near any coastline resorts areas, they would have tanks and masks. By now they should have been advised to have their homes equipped with something for this. I wonder if the Nigerian oil spill had any corexit on it, and the Chinese oil spill, any corexit there? Are either of these areas in hurricane areas? @MikePresents2 had they not sprayed it I think it would have....but their cocktail has altered it's original form. this is a scifi nightmare! Air, land and sea....Rip world!
