If you didn't know sara is inside the pyrimid and she comes out once you finish the easter egg and takes the doctors soul for her own. Shargri la the praying woman is saras mother but she is erelavent to the storyline or easter egg. Round 30 the baby gun loses its effect so you need to shoot the woman you will know cause her hands open.

@Pogis0808. Kino the weird knocking is trapped people around round 65 it turns to screaming and end if you haven't done the easter egg. Ascention the whisling stops as soon as you answer the phone in which someone from the FIVE map answers and hangs up. There's 2 more round ascention like that by muel kick and pack a punch all for the easter egg. Also you can upgrade your babushca dolls by pressing x or square on the little babushca doll beside flopper.
