My bike eats starter clutches for some reason, they keep failing, I've got a 176cc bigbore kit and am really frustrated with the bloody thing, anyone know why?

My starter clutch slips when i engage the electric start so i opend the case and thought i would find broken teeth..the starter clutch moves back and forward ..im guessing thats not normal..do i just need a new washer to hold it in place it seems the old one is worn down and the gear is able to move up on top of it.

how do i know if my oil pump is broken ?? and if i upgrade the scooter to 80cc do i has to change the oil pump ???
