I use to live where traffic was similar but I never rode a motorcycle back then. Where I live now is a very small city and has no place where there is more than 2 lanes in one direction....lol. I sure admire your courage/craziness to ride bike in traffic like that...I know for a fact I would do the same :)
@DarkFlightVlogs Yeah I'm sure you would too. I pretty much have my lanes calculated in my head along with what if's. What's funny is I only have close calls when I'm on an open road.
After I was discharged from the Navy, I left the Washington D.C.area, vowing to never live in an area that had so much traffic. I kept that vow and never experienced rush hour traffic again in my commute.
I think the traffic in D. C. was starting to make me mentally ill.
Loved this! I get honked at a lot for this. It's legal in MO, but still unexpected and confusing to drivers (except in the ghetto, where it gets you a lot of thumbs up and wheelie requests. LOL).
My commute is very, very short. Like, less than 5 minutes. Sometimes I take the highway (and get off at the next exit, lol). Sometimes I take the other roads. My commute to my other "job" downtown is awesome, though. Right up Prospect Ave.
@lauriejennifer I don't think I've gotten honked at. A lot of people actually move. Some people actually try to talk to me. LOL. I will try to capture some of that with an external mic.
@808yewtube It just seems that way. The lanes make you feel so much free'er (is that a word?) It's like having an outlet at every emergency situation.
My commute is about 5 minutes. I happen to be lucky enough to live less than 2 miles from where I currently work. 3 Traffic lights and a handful of school bus stops and somehow I get stopped at all of them most days
@NoBody1399 That's cool. When I moved out here work was that close. I rode a bicycle in. Then we changed buildings! I'm thinking about moving again just to be within 2 miles. That was nice.
@Itsreload I honestly don't even bother riding my CBR to work most days. It's just not worth getting my bike out of my shed and gearing up for the 5 minutes ride to work.
Maybe when the weather gets nice again I could start biking, thats a pretty good idea

Niiiiiice! Good reflexes, too! I leave for work in the dark so sometimes you don't see all that shite in the road.

@ChxPhzzixxer It's starting to be that time again. Some times of the year I go to work when it's dark and go home when it's dark.

I hate those shit in the middle of the road.

@rolpal619 Once Caltrans dropped a cone and it hit my fairing. I tried to get them to pay for it but nothing happened!

Did I really just see a car bumper in the middle of the road at 01:20?

@Devok07 Yup. YUP. I was thinking the same thing when I dodged it. I looked back after I passed it.

My commute is from my bed to my computer, which is approximately a 10sec crawl. I work at home :P

@cashstore1 I think traffic can actually make you go crazy. I see people talking to themselves all the time. Or singing maybe. LOL.

traffic is fun when you want to annoy people. excess revving. lol

@AridersLife Revving is sometimes necessary so I get the attention of the lady putting on her make up.

Man, as scary as that looks I still wish lane splitting was legal here!

@surefirefan Orange County. 57 and 91 freeways.

Oh shit! Someone's freaking bumper fell off in the middle of the freeway! LMAO!!

@lampingromeo I didn't turn my head but to the side there was 2 cars. I think they got tangled and the bumper surprised me!

At least your video is actually interesting compared to all the other "riding/lane splitting traffic to work" videos. Dammit there are so many haha.
