Dear girls, YOU ARE GETTING ME IN THE BEST SHAPE I have been in since I was a full-time ballet dancer. I'm talking 3 hours a day classes, just doing these workouts + 70 minutes of cardio is getting me back fast! It's been 3 weeks since I have bought your program and already I am eating almost perfectly (besides diet soda)...I am choosing to go shop at whole foods+ trader J's instead of spending my money on sugary coffees. The Hee-Haw is genius. I love all of these moves though, because they're straightforward and seem simple enough too! Can you use a resistance band for some of these or do you ladies recommend just using weights?

@TheTwinPalms8 your knees should not hurt at all, you are doing them wrong. Your back leg is there for balance only, your front leg does all the work you get you up and down.
@cheryl1358 That's why my front knee is the one that hurts. I don't have a lot of cartilage in my right knee and when I go down I can feel it rubbing together. Even when I sit in a chair and kick my leg out you can feel the bones grinding. I probably should have surgery but ya know.....
@shannonl03 try goggling healthy lunches no microwave no fridge..dont forget about lunch coolers and reusable ice packs for keeping no heat item cool and fresh.

Hey girllies! Love this workout. I especially like the first exercise, it really does give you results. So I had a real quick question.....@K+K: I find myself getting really bored a lot and tempted to snack allll the time. Any suggestions to tame the wild boredom eating? Thank you ladies! :)

Is there an alternative/modification to the second move for those of us with bad knees who are kind of afraid of lunges lol?

@TheTwinPalms8 your knees should not hurt at all, you are doing them wrong. Your back leg is there for balance only, your front leg does all the work you get you up and down.

@cheryl1358 That's why my front knee is the one that hurts. I don't have a lot of cartilage in my right knee and when I go down I can feel it rubbing together. Even when I sit in a chair and kick my leg out you can feel the bones grinding. I probably should have surgery but ya know.....

I feel like my shoulders look broader whenever I do arm exercises. Is there a way to prevent that?
