It doesn't take long to get used to it and it does a great job of filling in ALL the spaces after you thought you were full. Pretty sure it's not my imagination, but I'd swear after chugging a quart at night you wake up feeling a noticeable difference, like everything is just barely softer to the touch. Whatever you're doing, man, it's doing a terrific job on your amazing expansion.
