  • This first time I ever held an ukulele (at the house of a friend who brought one back from their honeymoon in Hawaii) I stayed up all night learning to play. Your video taught me my first song. This weekend, one year later, I'm playing/singing lead on Henehene Kou Aka at a Pacific Island festival with my uke group. Mahalo!!!

  • @lostonroute66 Awesome! Mahalo for keeping the aloha spirit alive.

  • C F C D7 G7 C

  • what are the chords to this????

  • You mean I could shout Ha'ina ho instead of hana hou? I was at my uke club singing this and I yelled out Hana hou and someone else yelled out "one more time" and we played that verse again...it was trippy. :)

  • @wikiwahine no cause you gotta start with the firs word in da line eh?

  • @wikiwahine i guess it could depen on wea u use it

  • I like how you threw in your own "Hanaho" at 1:36! Maybe next time try one "Ha'ina". Good job!
