Take most of your money out the bank, and buy things that you and people will need to survive in the coming times (think about it) before your money aint worth jack!
I would rather buy electrical goods and generators. Also buy items that can make foods from raw ingredients. Gold and Silver in my view, want be worth anything, because people need food and water more than gold and silver.
They push through the stimulus package. They say there is an emergency. But yet all they really need is a big fat FEAR package. It's just like the Fear package Bush gave us. And what is hidden in the massive package? Whatever helps them give us the finger.

is Celente a kook ? .. Obama will fix this, look at what the market did yesterday when a housing mortgage bailout was rumored .. up up up ! - the market has bottomed and America will rise to new hieghts !
Big box stores will all disappear and thank god. They clog up the street with their huge parking lots and offer subpar crappy products made in china that break right when taken out of the box. Just go buy something from target. Its a piece of crap not to mention targets prices really arent that cheap anymore. Its cheaper just to shop in my own neighborhood at the local italian butcher and I get the best quality products now.
Sugar - Those numbers are a total lie. I live in new york and wages havent went anywhere, lol. The only thing that went up were real estate values and taxes, and now real estate is crashing, especially on long island, and taxes are going up! Myself, and 4 of my friends actually just left new york and moved to Jersey and the others moved to delaware and North Carolina. New York will lose all their tax base now because they taxed people out of here.
One quadrillion dollars is the sum of outstanding fake derivatives
The latest bailout (bank heist) is $5 trillion, triple the original $700 billion; Amazingly the FED has been paying these bankers 188 billion a day all along
Add together the unfunded liabilities from Medicare and Social Security, and it comes to $99.2 trillion over the infinite horizon; Richard W. Fisher, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, (July 22, 2008 San Fran Chronicle)
The FED, acting as bartender, gives out free booze to the bankers

The Federal Reserve Bank is privately owned
The FED owes its duty to private shareholders!
America can no longer create money debt & interest free!
The FED wants the USA to collapse! The FED is NOT part of the US Government!
It only makes sense that commercial property will be the next crash. I mean, everywhere you look, there are big box stores. How many big box stores do you need selling big screen TV's made in China? Not a zillion of them, that's for sure. I say local governments should bulldoze abandoned commercial property and turn them into parks. Or maybe into community gardens.
Truth is constant. Thats why some people find Celente repetitive. But hey that's the nature of the truth. It is not lies. It does not change colour everything. It stays the same.
I've been telling folks for about ten years, that we will see folks fighting over a loaf of bread in this country within the current generation. I've been told I'm crazy, pessimistic, etc., etc., but it is going that way, hard and fast, and this generation of Americans have become soft and spoiled. Add to it, a prescription medicated society. Ppl will lose it. I'm not a pessimist. I'm just calling it like it is. Peace2U!! (see?, optimism!!)
I agree with you but still hold some cash....2 years worth if you can to pay for taxes/mortgage/insurance etc......basic everyday living expenses.....Our cash will have value for domestic goods in a depression.....NO MORE IMPORTS THOUGH

Since Bloomberg has been in office:
City employee wages have gone up 67%
City employee pensions have gone up 700%
Teachers can retire full pension at 55 years of age
The average city employee wage, even without having a High School GED, is $107,000!
Now NY wants to impose 130 new taxes
ON my tax form I have to write down everything I purchased outside NY so they can tax me on it
So every snickers bar I bought in New Jersey has to be reported & taxed by NY
