Everyone stop hating on Norv he is an offensive guru and genius and can flat out coach to motivate ur team when 4 games out with 4 to go to win a division is pretty damn impressive in his first year he lead SD to the title game the man has accomplished everything there is to in SD he has 1 thing left to put on his resume a super bowl ring

i think marty is better. he was with SD when SD really suck. Marty made chargers strong then norv just step in and made it bad

This dude only won 1 playoff game before he was with the chargers. yea he won 3 playoff games with SD but not cuz of him chargers can make up for his mistakes. The reason why we win the division with norv is cuz our division simply just sucks got lucky last year.
