  • It's high and it's crazy but it's not 110 ft. Nice jump though, steezy!

  • no way that's any more than 23 feet.

  • The video farted

  • I think then would be a reasonable time to uh.. SHIT MA PANTS!

  • looks legit

  • How did you protect your balls? I ask because it hurt like hell when i jumped.

  • HAWAIIAN PARKOUR - THIS CHANNEL

  • thumbs up for rapped the replay button more than 3 times

  • i've done my fair share of cliff jumping, but this is something else, i have the biggest respects for this, mental!

  • That had to of hurt a little on impact. Ive jumped off a 60 foot cliff at a Quarry in Wisconsin and that made me a lil sore after the jump, so i can imagine this would hurt a bit lol. Have you done it twice in the same day??

  • Great Audio Man!

  • HO-LY FUUCK

  • I jumped 65 feet and it was the craziest fucking shit ever. People who were there said it was the craziest fucking shit they'd ever seen. 100 feet is impressive as holy dick. Youtuber heros just don't understand how high it really is.

  • where is this at

  • Ok serious question, I take it the jumper wore shoes to help soften the impact and protect his feet?

And that jump is stupid high. I'd probably pass out on the way down.

  • @Ttran778 Correct sir, Shoes soften impact cause water actually hurts alot at some heights!

  • @finalski How high would you say you can safely jump without shoes? I've never been cliff diving before so I have no clue.

  • @Ttran778 It's all about preference, if you land with your toes pointed you won't get much impact on your feet regardless of height. That being said I wear shoes on anything 30ft or higher. Just cause it dosent hurt to throw on your jumping shoes.

  • Comment removed

  • @Ttran778 i would almost say shoes make it more painful. i prefer shoeless but the highest ive gone was 80 feet, and that really did not hurt at all.

  • Fucking epic jump man, great composure for the landing. Ive done a 25m jump (80ft) and thats def higher than what i did and youve got almost a second more airtime than my jump. Mad Props!

  • Awesome jump! There is NO WAY this is 50-55ft. Has to be at LEAST 100ft. Look how small he is to the mountain once he jumps.. Good jump bro.. I'd couldn't do this jump if i was in a burning building, i'd just have to burn. Did you get any injuries?

  • hahaha tell the dude who is criticizing you to go jump off of it and tell you how hi it is then! You tube union dam jump. I jump off it all the time 33ft measured it and this is 3-4 of unions! Prop's man takes a big set ferr shurr!

  • Mad props kid that's one huge jump. Dayum!

  • Quit trying to deny the kids feat. Unless you are an experienced cliff jumper leave your comments to yourself. Having jumped a lot of cliffs myself I can tell you that this was a huge jump. Probably right on with a hundred feet or so. Way to go buddy!

  • "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" *spashes hard* "ooooo" LMFAO!

  • seems to me that its about 78-85 feet based on the times i got on my stop watch.

  • idk if its 85 feet or 150 feet but its pretty fucking high

  • i bet soooo much water went up his ass!!!

  • Who cares, it was high as fuck

  • we dropped a tape measur to the bottom of that cliff years ago it was 112 feet

  • ya i see from the second angle that is the bluffs on eastside road in penticton bc , nice jump ,5 people and a dog have died jumpimg off that cliff

  • Who friggin cares if the cliff was 110 ft or 80 ft or whatever! He still did what looks like a sketchy jump! Quit being haters!

  • All these idiots taking calculations didn't factor in that the weight of the boulders in between your legs maybe speeding up your fall time

  • @chickensodelicious Because weight doesn't speed up a fall... Never seen the video of an apple and iron ball dropped simultanously and hitting the ground at the same time?

  • @magicmurloc can't tell if you're joking or just clueless

  • @chickensodelicious Clueless in this case. As I understand it, gravitiy is the only force to pull down, and then the only relevant force is the earth's gravity in this case, and the gravity of the earth pulls a car and a tennis ball with the same force, thus if they were both dropped from the same height they would hit the ground at the same time.

Air resistance does make some examples less straight forward, but in this case that is irrelevant to my knowledge.

  • @magicmurloc it was a joke...the point I was trying to get across was that all the idiots taking calculations to try and gauge the height and prove its not 110 ft need to fuck off because the point of the matter is its a damn high cliff that 90% of people here don't have the balls to jump off of and everyone needs to stop being Bill Nye pricks and appreciate this guy's guts

  • @chickensodelicious Oh, my apologies then : ) And I agree to an extent, the courage to do the jump should take precedence over whetever the jump was 110 ft or not when it comes to comments.

  • These people are fucktards putting up all this physics shit, who really cares, it was bad ass bro

  • I was bored so I thought I would do my own calculations using simple equations.

    Distance = 26m (85 feet)

    Final velocity= 22.563 m/s

    Initial velocity = 0 m/s

    Acceleration = 9.81 m/s^2

Time = 2.3 s (Timed 5 times four of which came to 2.3, 1 to 2.4) Obviously would be inprecise but its close enough.

Simple Maths/ Physics but obviously does not take into account air resistance.

However in any case still an impressive jump.

  • @Mintyboy4 Your data is all assuming that his initial vertical velocity is zero, and the video shows that he may have started the jump by pushing out and a little bit down as well. This would make the height higher than 85 feet by a distance depending on his starting velocity.

It's possible because he jumps off of a declined ledge. That may have resulted in a starting velocity not being 0, and your calculations underestimating the real height.

  • was this in the scarbrough bluffs in ontario

  • @staphinfection Hey, im a friend of @finalski , and find it to be pretty funny how you think this cliff is 55ft tops. clearly if you imagined a bunch of green leprechauns weighing 50 lbs and standing about 3 and a half feet tall (with their top hats) stacked on top of each other, you could guess it would be higher than that...

or if you took gr 11 physics you could figure out how high it is, its about 80ft. although 110 is a little exaggerated, thats still 16 5ft men, or about 23 leprechauns.

  • sick !

  • i dunno what kind of stop watch you are using to get 2.58, i timed it a bunch of times and am going to put it at about 2.3, which is about an 85 foot jump. which is nonetheless impressive i think that's around the highest jump i've done.

  • Ouch!!!

  • i believe i can fly!!

  • 24m :O

  • diosss pedazo salto. en mi canal tmb hay videos desde acantilados

  • Nice, defiantly 100ft with that hang time.

  • your nuts

  • Nobody gives a shit how high this actually is. Good jump dude.

  • @staphinfection well according to the laws of physics (not stacking people up) and the equation relationship between time and distance(d=1/2gt^2), this man fell for about 4 sec which puts the height of the cliff at about 80ft, however if he fell for only half a second more thats 0.5 sec, which is very difficult to measure without a stop watch the cliffs height is put at about 100ft so since he for sure fell for 4 sec and probably a little more, THIS IS NOT BULLSHIT! the cliff is really 100ft!!!!

  • Ya i agree... 100 feet for sure! Nice jump man!

  • terminal velocity would depend on so many variables none of you could even fucking guess his speed... On average it would take at LEAST over 10 or more seconds to reach, this jump is a piece of cake at 100 feet

  • Ive done a cliff similar to this, years ago in spain, this is alot more than 55ft I tell you. I did about 5 dives and 2 head first. My shoulders and neck were pretty bad for about a week.

  • wait... that guy was saying 50 feet? what a fucking retard....

  • @finalski "and a new way of measuring called guessing how many of a person you can stack all the way up the cliff. That last one is the zinger." That literally made me lol =)

  • that was sexy!:)

  • @staphinfection Hello, I am the jumper in this video. You seem genuinely upset, you have left two large comments on two different videos, each stating strange facts such as terminal velocity at ten stories high, ball cupping on impact, cutting pre measured lengths of rope in half and a new way of measuring called guessing how many of a person you can stack all the way up the cliff. That last one is the zinger. Matter of fact, re read that last one. it shows you don't know how high this cliff is.

  • @finalski @finalski II agree that the sound you made is similar to another guy who jumped 100ft on youtube. It is the sound of "if you didnt go in with a tight arse, then you sure as hell would have have your very own colon endoscopy courtesy of the water. Having just jumped 16 metres myself here in Malta, I would agree that yours looks to be about 30 metres. I actually measured my jump with a "sounding line" So I know it was 16 metre.

  • Respond to this video... The Emrich table states that it would take about four seconds to fall 242 feet and five seconds to fall 366 feet So This dude is in the air for almost 3 seconds I think so 110ft it is

  • @finalski To confirm the height of the cliff is apx 100 feet:

Use the simple physics formula Distance= (1/2)g(t^2) where g is the acceleration of gravity (on earth its apx 9.81m/s^2 and t is the amount of time. I timed the fall to be aproximately 2.58 seconds. Insert the values of 9.81m/s^2 and 2.58 into the given formula and you will receive 32.7m which is 107 ft, so 110ft is a good estimation based on rope length

  • @finalski so awesome lol

  • @staphinfection ur stupid u think 11 of him stacked up equals that hight

  • @staphinfection You're a twat mate, it's obviously more than 50 foot. 10 of him? It's easy double that.

  • @staphinfection Wrong, just wrong. It would take a person only 2.6 seconds to fall 110 feet. The video clearly shows he falls for at least that long. By the way, he would be traveling at 58 mph. Very fast, but obviously he could survive without serious injury to his nutsack. :P Thanks for the vid guys.

  • Comment removed

  • @staphinfection yea your an idiot thats way higher than 55 feet

  • @staphinfection dude seriously... this is fucking high. 100 feet minimun.

  • @staphinfection It doesn't fucking matter how high it is. That is a fucking tall cliff to just jump off of. Whether it's 50 feet or 100 feet this takes some balls to do. Just acknowledge the fact that this is pretty impressive given the circumstances. The bottom line is, you weren't there jumping off that cliff, he was. He takes the credit, you're just some jerk on youtube who hasn't jumped off this cliff.

  • @staphinfection It's definately over a hundred i did a 50 footer and it looked mini to tht

  • @staphinfection YOUR DUMB!!! How about you leave your computer desk and drive to the Okanagan - Go out to the "Skaha Bluffs" and how bout YOU do that 55 ft'er "TOPS".

People get so tough while their sitting behind the computer ....

  • @staphinfection Excuse me but don't you see the angle of the hill near the bottom, your perspective shortens it. Bitch

  • Comment removed

  • @TheMummy516 Are you retarded? Taking air resistance into account increases the height? Air resistance means you're in the air longer, and you're not accelerating as fast. If anything take 10 feet off your height.

  • @staphinfection your retarded thats more then 50 feet

  • @staphinfection dude thats definately way higher then 50ft

  • @staphinfection Are you fucking stupid??? That cliff is easily 100+ Feet.

  • @staphinfection 55 feet tall at most? are you saying only 11 of him are as tall as that cliff? your retarded.

  • @staphinfection how do you know he is not a 9 ft tall giant....that really fucks up you calculations, right?!....then that would easily get the 110' number that your looking for......dumb shit

  • Where is this place at ha

  • I thought he was gonna die on the rocks

  • he could v 'e died

  • This looks eerily like a jump I did with school mates in Wanaka bout 13 years ago. the only way you can get to it is by boat or kayak.

  • Okay, then... apparently my teacher lied... get over it. >.<

  • Clearly fake. How, you ask? Jumping from 50 feet into water is the same as jumping from 50 feet onto concrete. They'd be flattened. -.-

  • @NelzTheDelz

    man, you're a dickhead

  • @NelzTheDelz I think you need to take physics 101.

  • @NelzTheDelz Go read a book sir.

  • ....thats fuckin high....

  • where is this?

  • press 8 to make that kid have a twitch

  • Nice

  • 0:03 makes for a badass picture

  • he's life longest 2 seconds :)

  • This guy has balls bigger then my wife's ass..

  • people are stupid...

  • yyyeeeaaaa ..... OOOOOOO

  • Man fuck that. YOu better hope you clear the cliff face when you jump. Some kid died here from failing to do just that.

  • quit worrying about the height. who cares you watched it. its high do it yourself ppl

  • nice. where is this at?

  • pussy didn't flip.

  • @foodfight924 are you serious??

  • Comment please ;)

    watch?v=LDD4xWx1MXg

  • i would def start low and make my way up, that way i know if i will survive that height.

  • Not good for the ball sack

  • thumbs up if yours froze right at the end

  • Who the fuck cares how high it was.. It's still waay fucking cool.

  • 110ft my sweaty balls. It's only 85ft.

    He fell for 2.3 seconds.

    0.5 * 9.8m/s^2 * 2.3s^2 = 25.9m

    25.9m = 85ft

  • @deaninjapan still big as hell, I wouldn't jump it. :3

  • @deaninjapan 1- nice mathematics, fag boy. 2- only 85ft??.......only??? ya i guess 85 isn't that high anyways.

  • @deaninjapan

Even less when you factor in air resistance.

  • @deaninjapan seemed 2:30 to me and my stopwatch which is 2.5 sec = 100ft. unless you were using software to do frame by frame analysis of the true free fall time, this method is too crude to be reliable.

  • i couldn't see it , there was an "ads by google" blocking it.

  • por que no muestran hasta que salga del agua ? jajajajaj

  • I kept trying to decide if this guy has balls of steel or is just plain crazy. I think it's both.

  • This is pretty kickin'.

If you don't hold yourself in the right position you'd be in a bad way from that height, couldn't you?

  • He fell in 3 seconds,

    3*3= 9

    9*5=45

    45*3.2808399= 147 feet.

So, it was actually a little higher.

  • @Seracinfinity actually he fell in 2 seconds, this cliff isn't anywhere near 110 ft, i would estimate it is probably about 80

  • @Seracinfinity nigga plz

  • @Seracinfinity You're a dumbass, if you want to see a real cliff that's about 130ft watch "Golly jumps off mount golly"

It dwarfs this cliff by about 50 feet. watch from about 4:30 in. I'm yet to see a higher jump from a cliff anywhere on youtube. Both jumpers are from BC Canada where we got balls the size of watermelons!

  • @DannyAshcroft It's only a little bigger, I did this on stopwatch and the guy who commented was right:

    it was (2.2*2.2=4.84)*10)/2=24.2m

Which is 79.396 feet. The other was maybe 85 feet.

  • That didn't sound healthy..

  • Keep pressing 7 every time he hits the water it funny.

  • kkaaaaaSLAPPPPP!

  • mad props dude...my buddy jumped off a 115', missed his landing a bit, and woke up 3 days later in a hospital when he came out of his coma. google conrad chura desoto falls.... the article is wrong tho, the falls themselves are over 100' high and where chura and hudson jumped is a good bit higher...

  • 2.1 second jump. thats 84 .64 ft. thats insane.

  • It's funny how in this video, no one is saying that the cliff is not 110 feet because of the camera angle. The other video is the same jump, and everyone is saying "that jump is like 50 feet!" No, it's really, really tall. Lol

  • @Musicdudeyoutub Its also funny how people think they're even able to even judge from the other angle! One kid said he could tell from the sound I made when I hit the water hahaha

  • @finalski Hey, it's a crazy jump anyway. I wouldn't do it! :)

  • @finalski OK. So through a little calculation, or a lot of calculation cuz i did it multiple times, im getting that this jump is about 120ft give or take 5 feet. its hard to calculate because of the increasing rate of speed meaning every hundredth of a second near the end could mean 5 or even 10 feet! anywho, kudos to the jumper.

  • @finalski timing it (I got 2.4s) and doing a calculation (dist=(acceleration*time^2)/2 ) gives me the answer of 92 feet, which is just what the top commenter got on the other video. Just showing people on this video a definitive answer.

  • @Musicdudeyoutub Thats what i was thinking! XD

  • @Musicdudeyoutub fuck you faggot, it's 94 feet. check out the international cliff dive directory C No. 353. Fucking shitbag.

  • @PageboyHaircut lol wow it's not that serious. hahahaha i don't give a fuck, it's taller than what i would jump off of. I'm not a cliff expert like you. lol

  • @Musicdudeyoutub you think so? There are 25 m. at least so STFU

  • @ArtyomShipoff Misread any comments lately?

  • @Musicdudeyoutub Y= (1/2)gt^2. g is 9.8 m/s^2 ( or 32 ft)

do the math its like 110 maybe more

  • @lalolalopop I didn't say it's not.

  • @Musicdudeyoutub Oh my bad man hahahasha i thought you were saying that its 50 feet my bad :(

  • @lalolalopop haha

  • @Musicdudeyoutub that was a ballsy jump too :)

  • Is that Cam Dobransky at 0:05?! haha

  • This is crazy ecspecially since 90 or 95 it's suppose to feel like cement. So that had to of hurt a little, but very impressive I must say.

  • 84ft

  • Comment removed

  • that doesnt hurt? you are very very brave x)

  • @KattySciuridae or stupid

  • @CreativeNinjas fuck up...its called living, get out of your little bubble of comfortable and try it

  • Crazy bastard!! Lol.

  • ooo just imagine if he bellyfloped

  • ahaaaaaaaah oooooh

  • Keep pressing 7 or 8

  • this makes me wanna do some rad shit this summer

  • hes moving average of 27Fps... Damn

  • Wouldn't that kill him? Or atleast severely hurt him?

  • HOLY SHIT !!!! STEEL NUTS

  • why people do this shit? its fuckin insane......

  • Holy shit!

  • damn i heard they have a plaque of all the people who died at this cliff posted on the rock!

  • why does it go 0:05 to 0:07 I want 0:06

  • Pause At 0:04

  • @YutubeViewables why ?

  • kol i though he was guna fall on da rocks

  • scary shit XD
