@jamee4me,These areHausas! They're naturally like that! Some Hausa,Fulani,Tuareg,Wahabi inW.Africa are even lighter with straight hair&some are dark. What most have in common is their almost straight doglike nose! I am Nilotic dark but with straight doglike nose.E&C Africa(Kikuyus) have more blue eyes than N.Africans.Don't judge wrongly!DoU know that their language is Afro-Asiatic?Most N.African dwellers are immigrants, some arrived as recent as 150yrs ago from Yemen!Ask Ur parents whereU came from!
These Hausa chicks are beautiful man. Though I notice they got a lot of light skin girls in the video. Man is there anywhere in the world where ppl embrace dark skin???
@jamee4me Really? I'm Black American by way of Jamaica. It looks natural. I thought bleaching made you look like Michael Jackson. Anyways I really want to know why ppl love light skin so much. Some say it is bc of European colonialism/slavery, but this phenomenon stems all over the globe. Sad that it's in Africa. You'd think everyone there would want dark skin!
@GGLebo23 No they actually control it, they don't go that far, to the extent that they will begin to look like masquerades!
AM from africa too and am from the north,am fair but its natural. It baffles me yeah cause a lot of them are dark skinned from the beginning, after sometime in the movie industry, they start to turn all fair!!! Anyway, bottom line is that they think light skinned people are finer..WHICH IS A BIG FAT LIE!!! i love to look at dark skinned people cause they are more beautiful.X
@GGLebo23 mo actually since ime no one liked black skin so people shouldn't blame european they have nothing to do with black people around the world wanting light skin.
@ESaHaRaQuEEN3 These girls belong to the Fulani, Hausa (and sometimes Tuareg) ethnic groups that are native to the Sahara and Sahel. These groups live in many different countries (i.e. Mauritania, Mali, Niger) in addition to Nigeria, and many skin tones are represented.
why is it every african video where people are talking about something coming from somewhere else, one tribe being similar to another tribe, who is mixed race or not.
all these things on these african videos, cant we just be ourselves anymore? PLEASE!
the channel owner should start monitoring some of these comments from people who think they know Nigeria or hausas.

These singers and dancers have been watching too much Indian Movies(Bollywood). Don't imitate, be yourself. We africans are the originators of melodic and rhythmic music.
You're right. Seems like everybody's using that AutoTune. We hate it in the studio I work with. But if I didn't know any better I woulda thought they were singin like east indians.
Yeah i noticed that too. Alot of Hausa music in youtube are done with autotune but you can hear good ones without the autotune from jeremiah gyang and such. I think its just the movie based songs use autotune.
@cjjaxxon Akon I noticed was the first to sound like Auto tune. This is the way Berbers sound in their music. Akon's country is has a mix with a Berber tribe. I do not know if the correct word is Berber but this is all African not asian.
@cjjaxxon And the head movements also North African like Chad North Nigeria Morrocco etc.... I know because I am mixed with a tribe from North Africa who somehow ended up in India.
It does not come from "the East", because Afro-Asiatic, or properly Afrasian per linguist Christopher Ehret, originates in eastern Africa, not in the "Near East." In fact, its only branch outside of Africa is Semitic.
am very very pround of my culture hausa.i left home long fucking time migrantting 2 Eroupe dis musisc hausa music happen 2 be my favourite mmusic anytime i listen i do flash my memory back home.infact i really love and pround of my great culture hausa
Lol u have to remember no indian influece here the Africans where the first and Africa is very diverse so we probably influence the indians and it just shows how the people of the world are connected!
Cheesin331,I'm a possitivist(Popperian),hence I do not believe in definite proof,or absolute truth, but if you'd look at Ivan von Sertimas' work,Golden Age of the Moor, and look at work by Dr Yusuf maitama Sule on the origin of the Hausa people, thet might aid you in forming an opinion.Ultimately, these are theories and not definite proof.
@Golden, But they look Oromo.
LOL, Just Kidding. :)
