Be carreful people.

Ramens are good to eat only once in a while, the sodium in these are devastating. Be carreful, i am in nutrition and when i eat ramens i put the seasoning bag in the garbage and make my own.

Actually, the noodles contain a lot of saturated fat too.

As for sodium, he probably eats the noodle without drinking the soup completely...but I doubt that, since I see most Japanese ppl eat everything given to them.
