  • I just don't get why take the risks that come with eating meat all together?

  • smoking meat is differant than charing meat. Char comes from the meat having contact w/ the flame. The color from smoking meat comes from the time in the heat not contact w/ the fire so that's a differant effect.

  • how about smoking meat??? Temp is only around 250F but it cooks a long time... Also a crispy outer layer is formed when smoked called a "bark". Is it dangerous even if it was formed at lower temperatures?

  • seriously? i give a thumbs up for a registered dietitian giving me tips on what "may reduce cancer risk"
