  • 7:53 I know this without watching the whole video; its country music radio station

  • I remember watching these series of shows.

They were a lot of fun to watch although there were a few people I would've loved to have seen: Vanessa Williams, Dionne Warwick, Luther Vandross,

    Sheena Easton, and Kenny G.

  • 94? That looks older.

  • coincidentally, i saw him on AOTS

  • Rest In Peace, Tammy Wynette(May 5, 1942 - April 6, 1998)

  • it was pretty obvious what it was at 7:38

  • Im I the only one thinking "Bitches! Move over Werid Al MUST WIN!"

  • Tammy Wynette looked very young back in 1993. Shame she died years later.

  • lol look how young pat looks lol :)

  • the only one I know is weird al

  • NO THERE IS NO "P" AL, IT'S "COUNTRY MUSIC RADIO STATION" >:V

  • I said the same thing when I saw her in Playboy.

  • Vanna White looks strange without her dress

  • @xhellonhighheels69x I said the same thing when I saw her in Playboy.

  • @xhellonhighheels69x She was 8 mos. pregnant w/her son Nicholas at the time of this ep.!

  • >Puzzle could be solved easily

    >"Is there an "L"?"

    >I died laughing

    R.I.P Tammy

  • the category is "people who annoy you"

  • Pat: We're having fun this week.

    Vanna: Yes we are!

    o.O

  • Al even spins the spinner thing epically. =o

  • omg wtf it was so obvious an tammy said "L" =.=

  • Who was that introduced after Gladys Knight @ 0:18?

  • @barber747 Tone Loc.

  • Wasn't long after this Wynette died...

  • IS IT ME OR IS TAMMY A BIT ANNOYING LOL, UH IS THERE A THIS, R.I.P TAMMY

  • They should do this with Jeopardy this year.

  • Back when Vanna still turned the letters by hand.

  • Just for people who don't know: an Umlaut is a German accent mark. It's two dots over a certain letter.

  • @666Brago ö

  • Just for people who don't know: an Umlaut is a German accent mark. It's two dots over a certain.

  • I know Weird Al lost on Jeapordy! I didn't know he was on Wheel, too.

  • I remember this! I was in 6th grade when I watched it. Al was hilarious!

  • I was surprised when Tammy, a country music singer, didn't figure it out the second puzzle during her second turn. With "nt" in country and "station" fairly obvious, it hit me during Weird Al's first spin. His later spins only confirmed my solution.

  • Strange, Al didn't ask if he could he could spin the wheel.

  • I remmeber that

  • Please tell me James Brown and Little Richard weren't play as boyfriend and boyfriend. I'll be damned if I find out two of the biggest rock and roll legends of all time were gay.

  • @The1994Gforce One of them is a homosexual. WHOOO-HOOOO!

  • @FutureNewsAnchor Wait a minute! Are you telling me that Little Richard really IS gay? I heard it three years ago in 8th grade, but I didn't know if it was true.

  • @The1994Gforce Yes, I read it in my textbook for my Rock and Roll to Rock class at college.

  • it would be cool if al was versing a plumber and an architect, both with a phd

  • is it just me or is this recorded off of a tv?

i can hear the high pitched squeal

  • this is after weird als song "stuck in a closet with vanna white"

  • i kept on yelling at her "ITS COUNTRY RADIO STATION!!!" but then she had 2 letters left then she got it.

  • weird al sounds like such an awesome guy to just hang out with

  • Did I hear him utter an obscenity?

  • @ClarkeMarek I think you're right. I swear I heard him say "shit" at :54

  • Sometimes when a contestant already knows the answer, they try to get as much money as they can before solving the puzzle. You don't get any bonus cash for getting the puzzle right, you only get money for announcing correct letters. Like I figured out the puzzle once weird al asked for a Y. By then, I would have taken my time and asked for every letter in the puzzle, except vowels.

However, I don't understand why they didn't know the answer, very silly indeed :)

  • Tammy is the Queen of country and she couldn't figure "country music radio" at first?

  • Taylor Swift is the queen of Country Music!!!!

  • the wheel spun by itself!!! Holy s**t!

  • Love that shirt Al's wearing :)

    'Perchance' brilliant!

  • Oh the irony of Tammy Wynette not getting Country Music Radio Station.

  • luckily hes not on jeopardy lol

  • lol that would be awesome. :D

  • @Aydee2020 Yeah, he can't go back on. The constitution protects from double jeapordy

  • He's stuck in a closet with Vanna White.

  • and in this same year, both Weird Al and Vanna had a cameo together in the third Naked Gun Movie

  • They should have played "I Lost on Jeopardy" when they showed you Weird Al.

  • happy burthday al......50 years old

  • When Sajak said Gladys' name I thought of GLaDOS.

  • OMFG Tha caek...THE MEMORIEZ! GAHHH!! *spolde*

  • Wait a minute... there are only 10 people on the list at the start. Shouldn't there be 12 so there's 3 for each of the 4 days?

  • @Hondo20132 David Sanborn and Gladys Knight played twice during the week.

  • Marilyn Horne..that's it.

  • What was Marilyn's last name again?

  • Manson

  • Yeah, right.

  • Haha, "May I buy an Umlaut?"

  • @Kwpolska LMFAO!!!

  • I thought Tammy asking for "L" was funnier. How did she not get that?

  • Kind of embarrassing that Tammy didn't get the Country Music Radio Station clue!

  • i think its funny that the country music singer couldn't get....the second puzzle hahaha

  • i thought the answer at 7:52 was obvious

  • This happened a week before I was born!!!!!

  • sweet!!!! Holy crap!!! Weird Al on Wheel of Fortune, I'm so happy I found this!

  • this is the second show that weird al was on that had pat sajak.

  • Oh My God, I remember when this first aired back int he day. Watching Wierd Al on this was priceless! Shit, great times the '90's were. Where the fuck did they go?

Have a great night and a great week! Puerto Rican Love from New York City!

  • Where the time went? Before long we will be all dead and buried or cremated or whatever!

  • I know.

Have a great one! Puerto Rican lOVE FRom New York CITY!

  • That was not in alphabetical order, Charlie! Last I knew, A was the first letter in the alphabet!

    ...sorry.

  • They were in alphabetical order because Charlie was going by last name. :-)

  • Lol, I actually remember this episode from when I was 10! I remember specifically the Weird Al part. "Would there, perchance, be an S, Pat?"

  • Tammy Wynette already died in 1998

  • <3 WOF.

  • May I Buy An Umlaut?

  • How did that country lady miss that?

  • And she kept looking at the wrong arrow. I think she's a few Styrofoam cups short of a head of hair.

  • he's weak when spinning the wheel! needs more power!

  • om i guessed gladys knights first attempt at the wheel!

  • "Would there perchance be an S?"

  • Ah, the good old days when Vanna actually had to turn the letters around manually.

  • Weird Al missed the boat on the game shows.

He should have done the song upon which he did a song parody, Jeopardy.

  • Thank you for putting this up I remember when this aired!

  • Was the closing theme for this episode the 1989-92 theme as well or was it the 1992-94 theme?

  • 1992-94 for road shows, 1989-92 for home base.

  • you can tell Pat wants to kill him!

  • The song "I Lost On Jeopardy". Weird Al literally went on Rock 'n' Roll Jeopardy on LOST!!!

    That's creepy

  • really...you think that the chance of the wheel spinning on "lose a turn" is racist...wow, funny, so I can say it's racist that you don't allow us white folk to say the N word...oh you can say it just fine, but when we say it, it's racist...

your saying that because the color of our skin.

Didn't Martin Luther King Jr. say "Judge me not by the color of my skin, but by the content of my character!"

  • Funny, You are against racism, yet you act racist yourself.

It's just a coincidence that she spun "Lose a turn" on her first spin. I've seen that happen several times before on this show.

  • lol i rly wonder why al couldnt see the first word in round 2 was country. and i wonder why they never says e there is almost e in every sentence

  • Was this the last year of the 1989-1992 WOF theme used?

  • yup. Just before they switched over to the big band theme (94-96)

  • Well, technically, the 1991-1992 season was the last year of the 1989-1992 Theme; but it was reinstated during Seasons 10 and 11. Nevertheless, the 1989-1992 was still active even though the 1992-1994 was active as well.

  • Oh, and thankyou for posting!

  • Al is one of the few people I'm jealous of. Alot of musical talent, and comedic genius. AL- I HATE YOU!!!!! (Keep rockin', Al.)

  • May 3rd, 1994, was almost 10 years after the day I was born.

  • i was born novembet 1st, 1995 so... wel not very long time

  • August 1st, 1984, for me.

  • July 23rd, '95 rockin' hard!

  • 5/3/94???

    that's nowhere near me birthday!!!

  • 5/3/94.. 1 day before i was born

  • lol 5/3/94 thats 2 days b4 i was born

  • LOL, I was trying to find this video the whole time while watching Weird Al's many other funny videos.

  • Cool! This WOF Theme used from 1989-1992 was used later from 1991 to 1994 before Mort Lindsey's music.

  • Oh that crazy Weird Al. Always having fun.

  • hang on a min ths was 3rd may 1994

    thats my fukkin birthday.....AWESOME

  • You sicken me.

  • Weird Al, Tammy, and Gladys are all so musically gifted, love them (I'm a little surprised though that Tammy didn't get COUNTRY MUSIC RADIO STATION though)

and as a WOF fan, i miss the roadshow backdrops

  • I know! It was so easy and she could have solved it and she spun

  • Weird Al is the man.

    Hands down.

  • it's only because she's black ;)

  • how did tammy not get it?

  • I dunno. Cause she's dead?

  • i meant country music radio station, it was obvious

  • Are you trying to say Christian women are all stupid? You're so racist, you queer.

  • ...tha hell... i just meant it was obvious and she should have been able to easily got it.... i din't say christian women are all stupid... god

  • No, I was just using my self-befuddling fudgery to imply that sometimes, blindly obeying shit combined with the willing ignorance society often forces upon that wacky second X chromosome, compounded by a lifetime of making your voice sound like the tea's done, produces EXACTLY the sort of insufficient brain capacity that makes you forget the words that describe who you work for. And that's how to climb in the noose of your own Hangman puzzle.

    Understand now? No? Good!

  • your so homophobic idiot, jus as bad as racists

  • Don't mistake words for deeds, 01patel. That's where fear comes from.

Also, OPRAH WILL LOVE YOU ONCE YOU LEARN HOW TO GODDAMN SPELL!

  • It's like if, "Stuck in the closet, with Vanna White", met, "Wheel of Fish".

  • I just noticed that the free spin space switched places during the intro; it was on the teal $300 at the beginning of the intro, then switched to light yellow/brown $400 after they introduced all the celebs participating. Where's the consistency?

  • I think it's outside, where you should be more often.

  • O.K., there's no need to get huffy.

  • You don't even KNOW what's needed. I want a divorce.

  • Ha ha, WEIRD AL! LOL. He's so funny. XD

  • haha the elton john aids foundation, help cure elton john's aids.

  • like they needed the money

  • LOL its true! at 7:11 it lands on 300, just barely, and Pat says "400"! lol!

  • No He Doesn't.

  • He's like .... postmodern emo. XD

  • At 6:46 the wheel lands on $300, but pat says "400 hundred"

  • nah he says $300 you queer

  • I love this game show

  • go all

  • go al!

  • When did they start using the whistling affects on Wheel Of Fortune when the people applaud?

  • lol

  • I have a hard time believing that Weird Al Yankovic is credited with writing the theme to SpongeBob SquarePants, or at least, that's what I have heard. Is that true?

  • That's absolutely NOT true. The internet is a haven for misinformation, take everything with a grain of salt.

  • Thank you for telling me. When I downloaded the SpongeBob theme for a friend of mine, Weird Al was credited with writing the song.

  • newton faulkner is the singer

  • newton faulkner is the spongebob squarepants guy

  • Thank you, whatwallace. I salute you!

  • al better win!

  • is this real

  • Nope, not a frame.
