the reason most people keep the SOCH is because it revs up faster thus it can power thru and out of the corners better then a DOHC. And less moving parts that can fail, and also the SOHC tends to be a lighter motor so less weight the car has the faster it COULD be.

@Justin2352 did you forget about cornering... the only reason cars have spoilers? not many cars need to stop the wheels spinning in a straight line at a speed that the spoiler actually works at. so its used to keep the rear planted while cornering.

keeping the rear planted only comes in play wen the aerodynamics of the car r coming from a car with awd or rwd and unless u plan on taking a turn at a specific degree every time the wind resistance serves no purpose due 2 the fact that fwd cars are dragging the rear wheels.this is why evos and stis come stock with them because they are awd. with an evo it is only proven to increase traction with a vortex generator at 112 miles an hour. i own both an evo and civic. no point in spoilers on civics

and this is why u get a limited slip differential if you are concerned about cornering and after market suspension which coexists with the center of gravity your car has based on weight distribution and ride height. get bigger performance tires with nitrogen instead of oxygen. besides added weight and visual appearance spoilers on forward wheel drive cars serve no purpose. Nice engine bay. On the outside though...the black front quarter panels don't match the car. Also, you should get vinyl decals made for the numbers. The "777" with painter's tape is tacky.
