Brilliant..shame the video stops before the end of the song though. There is a guy called Billy Connerly who wrote a song called 'Boy named Hugh' (played on a banjo) a comedy version of this one. Have a look its worth a listen. PS Hes not the 'real' Billy Connelly' but hes very funny indeed....

A great example of '70's anti-humor. Steve Martin believed that so long as you acted funny, people will laugh whether you're funny or not. (Nobody wants to seem un-hip by sitting there and not getting the joke.) It helped when you had a laugh-track behind the "comedy". Eventually people realized that the emperor had no clothes and stopped laughing, but it took a long while.
