One other thing,I dont watch much television anymore beyond entourage,dexter,family guy which in its way makes fun of reality tv,and sports,but I was once a victim of reality tv for a short while until i honestly couldnt take it anymore when i was flipping through channels and got caught on sweet sixteen.This show has a sixteen year old get a half a million dollar party and a $50,000 car as there present,and still they cried.I honestly hope they show that video of them on there day of judgement.
Uber3Do,I am glad to know that other americans are disgusted with what is on or televisions today.I have chose this topic to write one of my papers on hoping to get the news out there that reality tv is a total misrepresentation of our culture.There are many alarming facts I've come across in doing research on this paper.
So true and so terrifying. I have tried to steer away from reality shows because I always viewed them as garbage. Honestly, if America just stopped watching this crap, eventually the shows would have to be cancelled but like a bad cancer, it will always linger and haunt us. There is nothing creative about it save for showing the worst in us. I am glad to see this video because it captures the reality of what I see. In this day and age, we can do with less crap, and more with some heart.
