The reason is that if the government can go after any individual they want, corruption would run rampant. The government could bankrupt any person they don't like. I believe there has to be some regulation on huge corporations just to keep them inline. As far as DBA and small businesses the regulation should be more relaxed so the business has a chance to grow. Most of the regulations that are in place now are to squash the little businesses. These huge corporations need to be regulated because they are strictly out to cut everyones throat and monopolize. I say we squash the huge corporations and go back to mom and pop shops where things were more honest.
