NOt bad. Your editing for the hey video was really tight. The pictures shouldn't be so static though. You need to move across the picture as you hold it. And the direction of the pans should smoothly transition one into the other. Also think about motivation as it applies to speed, direction adn switching direction from one pic to the next.
