  • I look forward to the day build 5 is posted only to have one idiot say "but will it blend"

    :'D

  • Whats the total cost? Good god,

  • I wish i had spent an extra thousand on an x5690 instead of an x5680 xeon.

  • Im gonna watercool my dick

  • Trubdy44, we are looking forward to new builds and videos. Please indulge our tech addictions , please!

  • Too bad they scrapped. This

  • i dont think 1700W will work

  • I hate videos that only take advantage of my right ear.

  • Fist I'm ganna need:

    ALOT of money

A large space under my desk

    And some peanut-butter...

  • You have some nice hardware and build a good system, so hats off. But custom builds are hell in terms of maintenance and support for businesses. I used to do custom builds when I worked in biomedical informatics, but eventually went the way of buying mainstream. For businesses/organizations the benefits of mainstream support often outweighed the not getting something perfectly customized.

  • This time it is not enough to say you have some spare time.

  • This time it is not enough to say you have some spare time.

  • Y u not show it assembled ?! :D

  • What are your prices for building PC's? thanks

  • How much money do this guy have who orderd this one?

  • you are going to get BLAAAAAAAAAAzing performance out of that box.

  • Dear Trubyd44. I am about to purchase Shark Aerocool fans for my Corsair 800D. Do u recommend these fans? I have a fan controller for 6 fans so I assume they will be quiet. Looking for your input. Thanks. its just so hard to buy good fans and Fluid dynamic bearing is better than sleeve or ball bearing. So what do u think buy these fans for 800D Corsair? Thanks.

  • Use a ram drive

  • Isn't it kind of an odd choice to mix gamer cards with teslas? I would definitely use the cheaper consumer level cards to build something like a folder or BOINC cruncher, but if I was building a serious workstation for modeling or other similar application where precision is critical I would go with straight teslas and quadros. In any case, it looks like an awesome build. Hope you had a lot of fun putting it together.

  • But can this computer run mindcraft?

  • does the tesla affect gameplay?

  • @yoshidis4 No. The Tesla card is for calculations, not graphics. I think the most graphical things that Tesla is used for is 3d rendering, game creation and a few other things. But its not good to actually play games on it.

  • what's the best computer u can build for 1100 dollars ?

  • busted! Ram was blue =D

  • how much did that computer cost all together to make??

  • i just nerded all over the floor

  • was this for bill gates like really

  • But will it run Crysis....?

  • @MEDiumInc Obviously..

  • I would give my right ball 4 this P.C!=)

  • Why spend so much ssd? what's wrong with hdd? faster and more space

  • @Acidsubzero180 HDD? Faster? lol!!! SSDs out perform 10,000RPM HDDS with Raid anyday!

  • @Acidsubzero180 HDD's aren't faster you silly goose.

  • what was the final price?

  • hi . you show so good .can you tell me how much monery about that computer ?

  • But can it play Crysis?

  • Cuda cores are used in mastering audio interfaces as well cause when converting sample rates with CPU's it degrades the audio quality. Cuda cores are better at converting audio from 96k to 44k sample rates.

  • @easterlingderek34 why not keep the sample rate at 96k?

  • @wrathallll Well most publishing companies go with 44k. That is the reason for converting. Really if you look at the 96k file size and CD you can't fit as many songs on a CD with it running at 96k. Plus the CD Player has to support 96k. 96k is used for DVDs because there is more room on a DVD to store the audio.

  • @easterlingderek34 ahhhh, i seee. thank you for the reply.

  • @wrathallll Some use 48k for video. But really it is the D/A converters that make all the difference. A great quality system can do 44.1 that sounds better than 96k. Quality always matters in anything.

  • @easterlingderek34 deffo true!

  • so this is how skynet was built

  • You sound super exited, and for good reason.

  • this is going to be the greatest computer man

  • how much did it cost?

  • Come on, now my songle gtx 570 classified build, seems like a piece of shit... Atleast, they're the same Graphics brand.

  • I got 2 590's too!

  • @TRAUMAeagle then you are mad

  • After it's built for your client... "Oops do you take food stamps"? xD

  • no its going to take hours while some poor fellow is gonna pay thousands to u for , i really feel for u ur life must be hard, take a break if u get to tired of doing some easy work for few hours...

  • why did you need your wifes permission for buy some hardware which you were going to use on a clients computer?

  • Wouldn't Noctua fans be better than those Shark fans?

  • Comment removed

  • I don't think Wiz Khalifa approves you building a computer of his colors

  • @syorpheus Even god himself agrees with this computer.. its well over a 30,000 build..

  • Imagine all the TNT you could blow up in Minecraft!!

  • This is insane, but fipping awesome. Good job mate.

  • Has this super personal computer actually been built and it is operating now? The talk seems a tad fanfarre, melodramatic especially when the tech asures it is the best power pump and the PSU the best in the world, those two are debatable NZxt & PC power and Cooling PS units are superb as well. I happen to have the NZXT case & PSU it is a monster case with large fans, I do not know what I will do with it, maybe a NAS or SAN,..

  • Sesonic PSU as being the best can be debatable. The modular part is cool, but what about noise and durabilitay. PC power and Cooling a US company makes super PSUnits as well, this one in use has laster 10 yrs. Where is Sesonic made, China or US. PC P & C now manuractures in China with techonoly developed in CA.

  • @HelmetVanga It's Seasonic and they are an OEM. They make power supplies that people relabel and sell under their name. Every test I have ever seen on them has been unmatched so I think him saying that they are the best is hard to disprove.

  • But will it blend ?

  • Dear santa...

  • @TwikedGamer go fuck yourself

  • @TwikedGamer ZZZZzzzzz hadn't seen that comment before... :(

  • 12 People Still Use Intel P4

  • who would spend that much money to watch porn

  • @279spirit maybe not watch but make holographic nano sensor porn

  • @279spirit The correct questions is...who woul spend that much money to watch porn in 3?D O_O

  • @279spirit so you can fuck the screen

  • lol wont be able to play the new version of minecraft... that lags on everything

  • give it to me ... (please)... :o)

  • Can it run minecraft?

  • what fps will it get on notepad

  • any news on the progress of this build?

  • Yes, IT IS an epic build!

  • i peed myself when u said 48gb's of RAM...

  • were did you get the money to buy all this stuff???

  • @BLACKBINLATIN it is the client who pays for it ^^

  • wow that's insane

  • what job does he have xD

  • @KGxPixel

David said it about 3 times or so. He is a radiologist.

  • I bet he stole everything

  • I want to see how much PPD this computer will put out for folding.

  • will it run diablo 1 ?

  • why doesen´t this idiot buy I mac 12-core westmere like me,, just a wais off time ti build this peace of junk

  • @SamiSamMusic

Because its waste of money, you can't go much customization with it and Apple are terrible for gaming and other (radiology, folding etc...)

You Sir an idiot for getting the 12 core Mac Pro ;)

  • How much did all that hardware cost pls, would just like to get a comparison with other companies, if you can compare this lol. Thanks.

  • @ktayor1

    $88,000 give or take afaik

  • @CyphenPhsyX Sheeeshus! Dat's alot of dosh, would it be better to do a build like this or spend the equivalent on a manufactured model, eg BoXX?? Thanks

  • @ktayor1

Yeh but then again its about what you want now or if you wanna wait. If you have the money why not? But honestly I would of left out the SR2, tesla and the GTX and go for i7 2600k or i5 2500k with gtx580's or 570s .... Ow well guess that dude has alot of money ehehe :P

  • @CyphenPhsyX Yeah even with my limited knowledge, I wondered why they put the tesla card in!

  • What you mean? They haven't finished it or???

  • @CyphenPhsyX Nah they haven't finished it yet! They have been having problems with it, its been about 3 months I think since this video! Which is a shame cos I got really excited when I saw this vid, then watched the later ones and it was like, "oh" lol. Which is why I asked if it was better to get a manufactured one of do a self build. I guess its up to the user in the end, cheers dude!

  • @CyphenPhsyX Given that they can't seem to make this one go yet!

  • Finally finished watching. That is a very impressive setup! I hope it ends up awesome. But I wonder about your SSD configuration. The 88k thing was 5tb but your 10x 250gb drives will only total to half of that. But more importantly, you are using a Tesla, which means ECC so you are concerned with bit errors or at least data safety seems to be something your client cares about (and I noticed your RAM didn't have ECC). Shouldn't you consider a RAiD 1+0 setup for the drives?

  • NVIDIA will never be able to directly compete with Intel like he is suggesting (except in the super computing market). A GPU uses a restricted instruction set and so isn't capable of running a sophisticated modern operating system. And even if you could get a GPU to run some restricted version of Linux, GPUs have no caching and thus are actually quite slow at transferring data back and forth between it and all other components of the computer so it would be a poor choice to manage peripherals.

  • I hate to break the news to you but the Tesla is actually not any more powerful than other top of the line nvidia cards. The reason it is so much more expensive is because it has ECC memory on everything in it. For gaming and graphics in general, a single bit flip is not a big deal. For long term hard core scientific computing, that is a big deal. I know someone who did an experiment and their tesla corrected 1 bit after running straight for a week.

  • With this amount of awesome, you have just gained +1 subscribers.

  • if he is really a radiologist youtube /watch?v=QswrcIbchnA&feature=player_embedded#at=12

  • hmmmmmmmmmm ultimate rendering single pc machine and u can always use more ram.....

  • But... Will it blend?

  • my only question is how will the GTX 590s sli drivers and fermi drivers allow it to run with the Tesla drivers for the Tesla card?

  • @zozanday next time read over what you're about to comment.

  • @zozanday ..So basically, you feel the owner should be spending all this money on a girl????

  • @zozanday

Client may be rich and has enough for wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend etc..

Client is a meteorologist and we don't know in exact what he needs this machine for.

The bottom line is, do you need the power now or in future?

8800 is old, 3gb is getting low and ideal is around 4-6 depending on circumstances

  • @zozanday Who needs a wife or a girlfriend when you can afford a beast like that??

  • Oh yeah? But does it run crysis..?

    Oh wait.

  • btw about that ssd he replace all this stuff intel say got bugs :S

  • O o o o o o o Over-Kill !!

  • Black and Yellow Black and Yellow

  • that's like 20 G's right there

  • @zozanday It's for a Medical Institute.

  • Haha my smily has a pimple ._. "-:("**

  • @ xBlizzDevious rlly??:( n i thought that tesla could get me their :/ oh well... Guess ill wait another 10 years until techonolgy gets better and out GPUs r more like miniature organic quantum computers with holographs n sfuff... Oh well.. looked like a good game too -:(

  • OMFG THAT MOTHERBOARD IS JIZZWORTHY!

  • You know your a nerd when you wear a halo T-Shirt..

You know your a BOSS when your girlfriend wears one..

  • Will it play minecraft?

  • @Evangelisticana Nah it will defiantly lag.

  • @Evangelisticana nah, MC is too power hungry. even two 590s won't get you 5fps. lol if you put a thousand beteen 5 and fps, you might be right though.

  • @Evangelisticana I'll bet it still can't play Crysis!

  • @Kingopersia

    LMFAO

  • @Evangelisticana probably even with medium render distance

  • Wow, just wow. What ever this client does, he is a lucky bastard.

  • @zozanday The guy is a radiologist. He makes probably $200k a year. He can buy this in one week.

  • If I win the Lotto, I'm getting something better than this or equivalent lol

  • But the question is: Will it play Pong?

  • Brilliant video. Love the build :D

People not seem to listen to the reason behind the build... it's not a gaming PC.

  • Sorry , thats not just amazing that's pretty amazing

  • Amazing Amazing and only Amazing !

  • Your stuff is inacceptable, You are inacceptable, Your computer will be innaceptable,

what is your job ? how much do you have so many dollars I would like me too be so inacceptable !

  • waw all that is waw I took one hour to watch this video !

  • Soon as I seen those dual xeons I got a boner, then I seen the 10 Harddrive and I jizzed.

Awsome PC, I thought I had a top end gaming PC but this puts my PC to shame.

  • hey Trubyd44 , You could put inside several ocz IBISes, not?

  • @zozanday Dude, go to wikipedia and type in "Radiologist" and you will get an idea why this person needs this high-end computer ;)

  • @zozanday its not for a game system. Its for other shizz

  • U guys must be in heaven! I would love to build something like that

  • nice a neat setup you got on your desk aha thats how i would have my shit

  • Please don't tell me the guy that needs this PC uses mainly Word....

  • @zozanday thats why its better to buy am3+ boards... they never change the soccet you only have tu upgrade cpu gpu and psu

  • Just save up half of your check and buy each part piece by piece, thats what i did.

just save up and work hard and you will have it.

  • @zozanday lrn2 orthography, dude ;)

  • @zozanday He said in the video that the guy needs it for work, not games... did you even watch the video?

  • صاحب الجهاز من السعودية , إسمه عبدالإله العمودي

  • @mlook0 are you sure ?

  • Tesla What?

  • someone has a lot of money to spend

  • @zozanday you know some rich guy will buy 200 000$ car....whats the big deal of 50k PC lol. He don't need to go at 300km/h....Ofc I understand you, its a crazy build right here but its sound to mainly be for his job...

  • How do you get the funding to do this man? Seriously great job! Love the vids, mods, tips anything you give helps.

  • WOW...all the builds ive done(around 10) have been under $800...the motherboard alone is $600

  • you, sir, are a hero.

  • that is the best comuter i have seen in my life

  • Oh my god!!! I would like to see this baby in action. I wish I won in lottery though :)

  • @JackTorranceReDruM Win the lottery and spend your money on this? Genius.

  • Ok im here again still shopping computer parts to go with my build im using the SR-2 motherboard and the Corsair Obsidian 800d case. i dont care for water cooling much cause i just dont trust it even if done rite so im sticking to air cooled does anyone have any idea of what aftermarket air coolers will fit on that motherboard and not have clearance issues with the memory slots and the heatsinks that are already on the motherboard? Man this motherboard is kickin my butt!

  • holy mother of god this is what NASA usses

  • You are one lucky man!!!

  • this can run crysis on maxed settings all day

  • @Boss351Mustang No it can't. xD

  • Is it an illusion or this computer cost over 87k $ ?!

  • Decided to watch the vid again. Cant wait to see the outcome truby. Im rebuilding my loop ATM. Adding three koolance blocks for the cards

  • how can you setup different video cards in sli

  • Wow the telsa card is faster than the cpu.....

  • @zozanday he is using it for radiology. It's not a gaming computer it's a scientific supercomputer watch the vid before you troll. It is meant tobe more than gaming it is mass storage and mass computing.
