Thats the only store I try to get my stuff from. You should try turbo jam for cardio I think its fun. Well in my opinion. I know I have tried to go to the gym but after a while a give up because I get bored until I found turbo jam. Its not boring.
ive been kinda doing this for only a week, i just say to my self; only take food at dinner two times, not three or more! only eat candy etc in the weekends, and only soda at partyes, birthdays etc, and if im hungry - no food - unless if youre having dinner etc! just wait 'till next time its time for food, so if youre hungry at 4 pm, dont eat, wait 'till youre having dinner. i've already lost about 1 kilo, FOR ONE WEEK!. it really works!
I think that you have stopped losing weight because you have suck to a constant routine, your body got used to it so you need to mix it up, change what your doing keep your body guessing

In terms of weight loss, fish oil mostly just makes you want fewer fatty foods. Your body needs fat to survive and the fish oil gives it good fat. It also raises your ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol. Good cholesterol (LDLs) will "mop up" the bad cholestrol (HDLs).
i started a "diet" as my new years resolution. i eliminated soda, meat, and junk. i am eating fish though so i can try and get protein but the perfect chocolate fix (you should try it!) are the quaker rice snacks in chocolate, they are sooo good and only like 60 calories for 8 rice snacks.
I could totally cut meat out of my diet all together. If you really want to forget meat then you should read Skinny Bitch. It is a really informative book. They also have a recipe book called Skinny Bitch in the Kitch. These books are also really funny.
People have to be really carefull with the whole 'organic' thing. Just because it says organic it doesn't instantly mean it's healthy, or good for you. It just hasn't been grown with hormones or sprayed with fertilisers and other harmful chemicals. x
Instead of muscle milk you should try Protein Shots. They are incredible - 100 calories NO FAT, and 25 grams of protein. No sugar included either. It's basically pure protein. It's 95 calories less than your Muscle Milk and the same amount of protein with ZERO FAT. I'd take them after everyday workout it's amazing.
by the way, I am vegan, and if you are really eating so much fresh fruit and veggie you do NOt need extra vitamin pills, some of the vitamins are not hidrosoluble which means the excess of them get into our body fat and can lead to poisonous levels of vitamins... when you are eating healthy enough you do NOT need suplements! check that with your doc and get a blood test done! vitamin pills are not inocuous

I eat healthy cause I feel better when I do. sometimes ill eat a hotpocket and little bit of fruity pebbles. I try and stay a 135 pounds or a little less. I wanna be healthy but still eat what I want sometimes. My mom made me take the multi vitamin and fish oil! man do I feel better when I do!

FYI---flax (like in elle's granola bars) is full of omega3 which is good for your brain and lowers cholesterol. i buy ground flax seed at the store and add it to my oatmeal and whenever i bake breakfast muffins or anything i add a little flax. it has a slightly nutty flavor but nothing too bad. my doctor advised it to lower my cholesterol.

You should try BodyFortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. It's a "walmart" brand, but in reality, it's real good. One scoop has 26 grams of protein, but I personally use two scoops plus 16 oz of milk. So I'm getting on average out of one whole protein shake 68 grams of protein..

FYI---flax (like in elle's granola bars) is full of omega3 which is good for your brain and lowers cholesterol. i buy ground flax seed at the store and add it to my oatmeal and whenever i bake breakfast muffins or anything i add a little flax. it has a slightly nutty flavor but nothing too bad. my doctor advised it to lower my cholesterol.

try flax seed oil, its similar to fish oil, but it helps keep your skin clear too

designer whey (chocolate) is really good. ...also dont take to many supplements without consulting a doc. sometimes taking certain vitamins with your multi vitamin can inhibit the absorbtion of certain vitamins/ minerals, just make sure if anything you do your research on drug interactins : )

This video should have been done in the kitchen. The most of important part of health is diet. Second would be exercise.
The bulk of your diet should come straight from the soil -- not prepackaged.

is so carzy becasue everything your'r dong to gte fit am also doing and this is the first time i've seen your video. i stared getting fit back in december 09 and all i did was cut junk and fast food i cook allmy meals and i watch the fat content i stopneatin pork and simple sweets like chocolate and candy and coockies i also do 30 minutes walk in a tredmill 5 days week

You should try BodyFortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. It's a "walmart" brand, but in reality, it's real good. One scoop has 26 grams of protein, but I personally use two scoops plus 16 oz of milk. So I'm getting on average out of one whole protein shake 68 grams of protein..

you wont believe this i feel the same way you do i also started geetin fit back on december 09 doing the same things you did. i am not even starving my self i cook my own food i watch the fat content when i cook and i also started doing exercis i do 30 minutes tredmill walking 5 days a week and on the week end i feel gilty because i havent done exercise so i just go and walk around the neighborhood
