This show is so politically correct! The detectives are a white man (Stabler), a woman (Benson), Jewish (Munch), black (Tutuola), Native American (Lake), the tech guy is Hispanic, the psychiatrist is Asian. I bet soon they'll replace a major character with an Arab or Filipino actor. Every ethnic group must be included.

Without a doubt the coolest cop there is on TV.

My favourite episode of SVU is Belzer playing a bum, trying to lure in some stupid kids that beat up people and filmed it.

I think he is a very unique individual-as an actor and in appearance.  I actually started paying attention to him because I thought he looked like Alberto Falcone from batman (and i still think he does). He is one of those talanted actors who seem very underrated though, but it's nice to see he's still passionate about acting.

Plus: i find him strangley sexy, but then again i'm attracted to men like Robert Joy, Tim burd, and Robert Englund (pattern here?).

Richard Belzer is awesome and very underrated I think. I remember one SVU where he did this monologue about how his dad committed suicide to stop a girl from doing the same thing. His acting is just fantastic. And the fact that he can do comedy, drama, and everything in between just showcases his talent even more. A personal favorite (though I admit not a great movie) of mine he's in is the Wrong Guys.
