Not to be negative, but just so you know, I was not able to learn anything at all from this video. That is why there are no comments. I don't know what a choke and sacred cycles is either. The only new knowledge I learned was something about the duality of days equaling years. But you never described what you are trying to teach. What is the objective of the teaching.
