  • что такое сынок? отдача слишком сильная для твойх мягеньких плечиков? надо тебе пластмассовый приклад? давай лучшы поиграемся с АР15?

  • 1. Changing the stock/butt plate does not destroy the original. Very easy to switch back.

    2. There are millions of mosins and they cost a hundred bucks. These are not collector pieces, and no one should cry if they're sporterized, unless its a rare model or a carbine.

That being said mine is all original, though I might switch out the buttplate and re finish the stock.

  • @MrJohnw93

    Oops, uneducated commenter alert.

It was the Mosin Nagant 91/30 that has been produced in a grand scale. Up towards 14,000,000 I believe.

However, the Mosin Nagant M44 is a shortened version, that wasn't manufactured in as large scale as the 91/30, mainly due to bolt-actions slowly becoming obsolete at that point.

Doing this to an M44 is like digging up dinosaur bones and painting graffiti on them.

  • @MooseHeadMoosic Oops, youtube dick alert.

Who cares. The M44 costs like what, 160 bucks? Maybe a little more depending on where you get it? The things are still VERY plentiful Why does it matter what people do with a rifle they purchased with their own money.

  • lol Gotta love that... they made like 17 million mosins... I see people turn these things into sniper rifles, saw them off, put combat stocks with rails and crap on it...

The mosin nagant is like a honda civic... its plain, not fancy, but you can do what ever the hell you want!

and I agree! people need to quit bitching about "Ruining history" it isnt the musket that won the american revolution, and it isnt a rare german fg 42... its a freakin Mosin Nagant!

  • @MrJohnw93 opps faggot alert the m44 cost 4 to 600 dollars and very plenty are you a fucking retarded the izhvesk 91/30 is the one your probably thinking about there is only 50k m44's

  • @MrDip02 Haha really? Wow, you make yourself look really dumb. There were ONLY 50K MADE IN 1943. Closer to 10 MILLION were made by 1948. My family bought our m44 for 160 bucks at a pawn shop, where the hell are you finding the from 600?

  • Comment removed

  • @MrJohnw93 i seriously don't know that correct answer but i know there is not fucking 10 million since there was 17 million m91/30 at the time and a total of 37 million russian soviet mosin nagants and they are not all m91/30s and m44's -_- and oh ok ok i was searching up on the production counts for 1943 test the ONLY common m44s are 1944 and 1945 1943 1946 1948 they were ALL in the ranges of 150k the 44 and 45 are in the ranges of 3 million

  • Comment removed

  • @MrJohnw93 jesus deleting alot of comments ok the ones i am seeing are not from 44 and 45 the only common m44s are made by izhvesk . the tula INSTRUCTIE are highly rare espcially an SA and MO stamped m44 are rare

  • @MrDip02 He didn't say M44s. He said Mosins, shortened from Mosin Nagant. Pay attention to detail before you talk shit.

  • @MrDip02 Are you fucking kidding me? If you buy an M-44 for more than $200, you're getting shafted.

  • @Paulmarti you don't even know what the fuck you are talking about if it's an 1944 than maybe dumbass the 1943 are around 500 dollars even more the 91/30 can get up to 800 dollars you don't know shit about what you are talking about

  • @Paulmarti just because your little m44 cost 100 dollars does not mean EVERY single m44 in the whole world should cost the same say these worlds with me rare do you know what the is rare? yes production numbers have alot to do with price mostly production numbers is the reason about there cost if you are paying 300 dollars for an 1944 or 1945 then yes that's a problem but if you are paying for a 1943 1946 1947 or 1948 than no it is perfectly normal for a rare m44 to cost more

  • @Paulmarti to me no i would not pay that much because i don't like carbines the only carbines i would accept is the kar98k or anything made by mauser but i have seen some m44 for 600 dollars because there is only 50k and some for 300 because there is 100k and that's a perfectly normal price not only with the way it's made and the accuracy the m44 and m39 are probably on of the most accurate mosins you can find despite the m28/76 and vostkov

  • @MrJohnw93 m44 is a rare carbine dumbass XD

  • @MrDip02 The m44 is not even kind of rare. They have them lined up at any gun shop I've been to.

  • @brawlifier i accidently just searched up on the production of 1943 and someone (from the site i searched) said something like there is a total of 50,000 m44's and he forgot the date than i searched more and found out that it was 1943 i was talking about and rounding up does not apply to production so you're saying 3 million mosins just randomly apeared because 40k is close to 37?

  • @MrDip02 No, I'm saying that I didn't say an exact number, I included the "like" because it was close enough.

  • i love the rifle, but why destroy the history of the weapon by changing the apearance doesnt make sense

  • Why would you do a historic lesson on a Mosin that is none of that? Syntheitc stock, tactical rails, shock absorbing butt pad...

  • I have the carbine style and love it. They don't make um like that anymore!

  • It's your rifle so do to it what makes you happy! Don't let the haters get to you. I have one and I sanded the stock and re-stained it, threaded the barrel and put a muzzle break on it plus it's now running a red dot scope.

    It's not like it's a rare rifle......there's only about a zillion Mosin's out there!

  • If that gun was a TULA 1944 I would cry.. I've been trying to put an origional scoped Mosin together with Vintage parts, and if you found a full one and did that I would just die.. (Not to be a super purist, but pleeeaaase, atleast keep the wood T^T)

  • i agree keep the wood

  • I think all the russians at Tula just quit after seeing this terrible pos mosin.. keep the wood on... that gun is now worth 40 bucks, i bet its a TULA M/O Marked gun lol...

  • yuck, its sporterized...

  • i found 1 for $100 and it comes with a bayonet....

  • not trying to be an asshole, but that is one chopped-up,fucked-up mosin.......

  • Why the hell would you put a synthetic stock on this amazing piece of history, there is no pain from recoil so why would you use a recoil "reducing" butt pad? That just takes the history away, makes it worthless to a collector. It also takes the fun out of shooting it, the steel butt plate that comes standard on it is one of the reasons I love shootin my Mosin Nagant m44. It was a good video, but dang I hate to see the Mosin Nagant with a synthetic stock on it.....

  • Well done and bravo!

  • how much is the ammo???

  • Were did you find the animation at 0:52 how do i get it!! by the way great vid

  • 2000yds easily? put a target out there fatman

  • @surplusowner92 Well now we all know its about 5 feet after that who knows it may go as far back as ww2

  • Mother Russia is disappointed.

  • is it normal for a canadian to love the russian grand anthem?

  • K98 owns.

  • i love how theres rail mounts for a scope but theres no scope

  • FUCK THIS! YOU DEFACED A GUN THAT TORE DOWN THE 3RD REICH! KEEP IT ORIGINAL OR IT DONT MEAN SHIT!

  • You sir, should be done for vandalism.

  • Im from the south and i love to upgrade my rifles but DAMN why destroy that fine rife!!!!

  • @ChrisCorle01 it's okay. i think they make 40,000,000 or so of them.

  • @brawlifier haha fucking retarded ok first off all there is 37 million soviet and russian rifles produce total m44 m91/30 91/59 m38 and 1891 dragoon there is 17 million ,91/30s and only 50k m44 don't be a fucktard actually know what your talking about

  • @MrDip02 It was not a serious comment, and you only know that from wikipedia. Go fuck yourself, and 37,000,000 rounded is 40,000,000.

  • Only American could do that! : (

  • great video man i love that damn rifle i got a 91/30 n a m44 love those rifles with a passion!!!!

  • They are taking turns raping mosin! THEY'RE RAPING HIM!!! THEY'ER RAPING HIM!!!!!!

  • *cries* WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO SERGEI AND LEON FROWN UPON YOU SIR

  • 3:44 >_> seriously.........

  • I start to cry when i saw what u did to that mosin. It is a piece of ww2 history.the gun that help win ww2.and u do this to it.I got a 1938 mosin nagant m44.And i would never do that to the mosin...NEVER!!!

  • fuck animal rights their should be rifle rights i think rifles are the real victim here

  • that poor poor m44...we barely knew ye.

  • i just fired my first nagant today that was part WW2

  • COOL VID REALLY INFORMATIVE AND REALLY PATRIOTIC!

  • when i saw the imitation stalk i almost cryed

  • @maidtoorder28 I almost cried (for Benny) when I saw his shooting stance.

  • stupid gook u aint even holdin it right lol

  • plastic makes it look like shit

  • good job benny!

  • Great for killing nazis

Also well killed enemies of the Motherland in WW1 and capitalist interventionists during Civil war.

  • @Scoutrussp7 The M44 was only around starting in late 1944.

  • @KingKoodles

original rifle was made in 1891 -)

    carabine - 1938

    m44 - 1944

  • @Scoutrussp7 Actually, the first carbine version of the rifle was made in 1907 and introduced in the subsequent year.

  • @Scoutrussp7 m-44 1943 cry baby

  • @KingKoodles they came out in 1943

  • @rubbernickel A few thousand examples were released for field testing in 1943, yes, but it only went into standard service in late '44.

  • why would you modernize such a beautiful rifle?

  • Very nice vid. It's actually a bolt action rifle.

I saved it to my favorites

  • Mosin Nagants kick ass!

  • Stalin would cry if he saw what his rifle has become in your hands

  • I have a 41 Izzy, and 39 and 43 Tula,,,God Bless Freedom

  • Stop bitching about him modding his gun. Millions and millions of these have been made and they are very cheap. Fucking pussies getting their panties caught in a bunch.

  • WTF yout sporterized it?????. why.

  • @98moto RECOIL!

  • The Best gun of the wold

  • 2000 yards? damn, that is long. But why is the rifle black? wtf lol

  • You piece of shit motherfucker. I hope it blows up on you because the poor rifle is mad its in that piece of shit stock. Go die.

  • way to disgrace a nagant

  • The M 44 rifle is the finland alternative of Mosin Nagant

  • @benruben289 No its the carbine para model

  • HE IS A TRAITOR TO THE MOTHERLAND! KILL THAT FASCIST PIG!

  • you ruined the gun bitch

  • having fun shooting with no rear sight!? haha

  • @KaptainKoolz haha, nice.

  • maker of this video you are clearly a virgin the end

  • Why would you do that to such a beautiful rifle...to each his own i guess

one thing though, are you sure the 1944 model will shoot 2000 yards? i have trouble with my 1891.

  • OMG KEEP THE WOOD ON THE GUN!

  • Turning a $79 dollar gun into something that is usable by him with a better stock and a scope rail is up to him. If you want to rescue a nagant, go buy one and hang it on your wall, but quit flaming people that want to take a gun and make it their own. This is no different than taking an old model t and making it into a hotrod. This is still America right?!

  • @JesterGP3 yeah, I would never do this to my M44, but I agree, some of these comments are a bit extreme.

  • *Salutes*

  • WHAT YOU DO TO POOR RIFLE?

  • Rubber butt pad=gay

  • GAY.!! WHY WOULD YOU BUBBA A WW2 PIECE OF HISTORY

  • @Hitman2actuall1911 Because they're dirt cheap and there's 17 million of them floating around?

  • @Paulmarti that's of the m91/30 is this an m91/30 no it's an m4 in which only 50k were made these are around 300 to 600 dollars maybe even 800

  • @MrDip02 How many times did you say the exact same thing on ancient comments for the same video?

  • @Hitman2actuall1911 He should just change the music to Justin Bieber's "Baby" and save the Red army Chior for when he gets a Virgin

  • @Hitman2actuall1911 Probably because you can pick them up in any surplus store for 100 bucks and because they made over 37 million of them.

  • @USSRman45 Cheap! I have seen 700 round tins for as little as 80.00. Surplus and corrosive of course but who cares.

  • @USSRman45 That would be the 91/30 Nagant. This is an M44, much harder to find and more expensive.

  • @zombiehunter96

I ownseveral (5) of the M44s...not rare... no mosin is

  • @meborg

Even still, if it's WW2 vet material you're fucking raping it

  • I hope you and the nerdy asian looking kid die in a fire. Go jerk off to a picture of dale earnhardt you back woods cocksucker.

  • Well done, Thanks.

  • whats the big deal? so he got it a new stock? its not ruined.

  • @gearsofmuffin yeah that ruins the entire historical point of it. It was meant to be a wooden rifle. period. Not a fucking polymer that never even existed at that time. It just looks like any winchester or remington rifle like that. no point in it, and i seriously dont get why people always put the soviet anthem in the beginning of videos with russian weapons.

  • @bulletz4life so youre saying that because he switched the stock its completely ruined? thats stupid. he can always put another wood one on. and maybe the original was in bad condition and needed to be replaced? History isnt made or recorded by a wooden stock on a gun. Maybe you dont like it but some people do, and as far as the anthem idk i guess people are just trying to fit the russian theme or something but if you dont like it then turn off your volume or watch a different video.

  • @gearsofmuffin ok i love the soviet anthem, mainly because i am russian, and thats probably why i dislike the entire polymer stock on this weapon. I love it when the gun is in its original condition, showing its history. This gun no longer looks historic. Its not ruined as a weapon, its ruined as a historical symbol, in my opinion.

  • @bulletz4life i see what ya sayin :D but some of these people like died inside because of it. its not that big a deal. synthetic stocks are preferred for better accuracy because wood changes shape when in moist or dry conditions, the polymer doesnt. The change however isnt that much but to some people it is. He may still have the original stock back home but he just doesnt want it on.

  • Comment removed

  • this kid is a total bubba fucktard. stick to your airsoft wannabe bullshit.

  • Teach that kid how to hold a fucking rifle

  • ive seen a naked c==========================3

  • Wow. U ruined it now in 20 yrs when theyre all gone ur rifle is gonna b worth jack shit. Plus it looks Stupid Now

  • I gotta agree with some of the others. Sure; it's your rifle and you can do with it what you want. But they are so plentiful in their original condition it would be more respectful to the brave men who faced the Nazi's with it, to use one in it's original conformation. Please remake this video with one, I'd like to watch it.

  • i personally dont like the synthetic stock but its your gun, you can do what you want with it... i dont know why snakeguru117 is throwing such a fit about it.... probably on his period...

  • @icankickflip I think it has to do with the national anthem and the history lesson. I don't mind the synthetic stock actually, but it seems hypocritical eh? If he's going to stress the HISTORICAL info about the Mosin, at least show what it looked like in it's original stock. And why play the Russian anthem with an American designed Monte Carlo stock?

  • oh yeah! thats the best ww2 rissian rifle :)

  • Really a pad how about some stayfree maxi pads to go with that , and the stock must have been in terrible condition to replace with that . I got a sks that looks really cool with the combat exchange monte carlo drilled and tapped for scope mount and yes it came with a small pad made on it . The asian guy needs to hold it more securely and shoot like a man , like the russian music it helps the video.

  • Capitalist pigdog remove wood from glorious peoples forest and replace with cheap China plastic. Wood was good enough to crack Nazi and Tsarist skull but not for your weak Imperialist bones. Probably why you slipped on rubber pad as your father should of when he sexed with mother.

    RIFLE IS FINE.

  • Man people are assholes its a free country if you want to melt down your mosin and use the metal slurry to make coat hangers its your prerogative.

while i may not want to modify my mosin if i did i wouldn't want a bunch of people criticizing me for doing it.

    thanks for posting this video

  • What have you done with this rifle? Horror.

  • AHHHH what have you done to the poor rifle =0

  • dear god it's ruined! why oh why oh why?!?!?!?! at least take the m44 mosin nagant and LEAVE IT THE WAY IT IS perhaps add a scope but that little butt pad is for sissies! the composite stock just isn't mosin nagant! this gun is NOT a mosin nagant. title it that way once you have returned it to its original state!

  • ok if you are going to sportorize this classic then put a scope on the rail. and i love my m38 but the rifle wont be hurt by a small updating with the rail and a pistol scope. and a composite stock to pretect the old wooden one for those that use the rifle instead of hiding it in the safe.

  • I like how it says historical video of mosin nagant. It is actually a modern video of the historical mosin. Just by that i knew this guy was douche. Fine weapons in the hands of assholes like this scares me. They need to start off with one of those pink crickets from wal-mart.

  • Sinbad is a terrible shooting instructor. "Here just put this here on your humerous, and pull the trigger vinny."

  • Oh shut up! The Mosin nagant is a terrible rifle anyways if you've ever shot one. They were made to be economical, they are usually poorly manufactured compared to other rifles of the day.

  • Thanks for fucking up a good rifle. If your going to sporterize it at least do it right and not on this model. Do it on a M38 or a 91/30.

  • @TheAk47Enthusiast negatory on the M38! those are far more scarce than the M44s...

  • why not a nice ww2 wood style type of rifle?

  • Thank you for ruining a fine piece of Soviet equipment. Good job Prick.

  • Just stupid. I cant stand pricks that tear up a good piece of history like that. You want to put goofy shit on a rifle then buy an AR and leave the good rifles to those of us who will appreciate them.

  • why would do that to that rifle keep the wood!!!

  • M1 Garand > Mosin Nagant

  • @wallsbleedingin the guns serve two different purposes cant really say that

  • These rifles are great, I bubba"d one rifle and plan on leaving the other one stock military as is. Between 1891 and 1945 over 37 million of these were made,

    17.4 million in world war II alone,and thats why we get them so cheap to turn into hunting and plinking rifles :}

  • @jimbob2077 But each of those 17.4 million rifles have a story behind them, you should think 1st that the rifle was used at Stalingrad, kursk or Berlin

  • I am confused. Why are you guys shooting with the rear adjustable site taken off and replaced with a weaver rail with no sight on it?

  • Son, I am disappoint

  • Way to go bubba...

  • The Asian kid is stupid, attempting to fire a rifle without a round chambered generally doesnt work, lol.

  • @enjoysp0rt This true, it was the rifle used in the first World War under Nickolai II, however it was also the rifle of the October revolution, the rifle of the Red Army and the Rifle of Victory against nazis in production into the fifties, so really, it was rifle in service more in the Soviet Union than in Czarist Russia. Its pretty undeniable, due to its usage and exploits, that the Mosin Nagant may be a symbol of the Soviet Union despite the technological era during which it was invented.

  • is that Asian a communist too?

  • @Robbieifyoucan- Also I am in possession of a four digit serial number (roughly 2000th of the line)from Izhevsk armory, mint condition,(never been shot before I got it, with all accessories) 1943 mosin nagant 91/30 with only 36 rounds through it guaranteed,I'll bet most of you collectors don't come close to that.

  • @thefirearmsguy if it was made in 1943 you can bet it has had way more than just 36 rounds put through it

  • @chickenpotpie2008 Nope. It was still in the original packing (cosmoline,etc.). I checked it over, it was mint when I bought it.And it turns out there has been 26 rounds put through it not 36 as I said before.

  • @chickenpotpie2008 Nope,brand-new. It had never been fired except maybe at the factory. It's been sitting in cosmolene all these years in a warehouse. Not all 16,000,000 of these rifles have seen battle of even the range before.

  • @Robbieifyoucan- Ok granted they have historical value,so collect them if you want but I (and everyone else for that matter) would appreciate it if the purists would do their thing and stop hatting on everyone else because we live in a free country and can own, shoot and modify, to a certain extent, our firearms. Also don't get me wrong I love the mosin that's why I watched the vid,I'm just not so sticky and up tight about what free people do to their own stuff.

  • @snakeguru117 It is a throw away gun if they made around 16,000,000 of them. They will always be obtainable, and when they're not,the m16 will be in it's place.(300 years from now.) :)

  • @thefirearmsguy they are not throw away rifles... you have no appreciation, you should realize most mosin nagants from ww2 have killed people. the enemy. that means that that rifle was probably much more influential than your life :)

  • @Robbieifyoucan

    But they are.

    Almost 40,000,000 units manufactured.

Collecting Moist Nuggets is like collecting copies of Call of Duty Black Ops.

  • No they are not throw away rifles you idiot, they are wonderful rifles, the only reason they are so cheap is because there are so many, in a few years when they bubba all the mosins, they will be $300-500 dollars, just like the SKS's of the 70's-80's they were "Throw Away Rifles" and they did what they wanted with them and fucked em all up, now look at them. $300 dollars or more each, and the only reason M4 is so much is because there is nowhere near as much as Mosin. So go back to school.

  • @snakeguru117 There's nothing wrong with the m16,or the m4,platform in fact it is a better rifle than this one. A mosin nagant rifle is like 50 to 110 dollars,it's a throw away gun, do what you want with it. And by the way, you don't wreck a $1000+ rifle (m16/ar 15/m4).

  • @thefirearmsguy Any gun that served in WWII is not a throwaway gun.

  • AHHHH! MY EYES!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE! PLEASE BURN IT!!!!!

  • How is this historical? You just made a modern bolt action rifle.

  • don't modify your Mosin Nagant its has feeling its a life but you killed it

  • that rifle is a disgrace to all mosin nagants... WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!! that rifle is no longer a mosin nagant but a newly made unknown rifle that takes the same round as the (REAL) mosin. you need to destroy that pile of crap and get a real one!!! you make me sick D:<

  • @quantrillica all he did was put a new stock and a scope mount on it, it still has the same mechanism and it doesn't effect the performance, so why u cry bout it?

  • I cried watching this video due to the slaughter by sportirization of an innocent M44.
