Next time, put on your costume and makeup in the chalet and wear gloves inbetween filming, only taking them off when you've got the camera on. You don't need to be incredibly fit to do this, but just stay as warm as possible. or alternatively, try and design gloves which fit the costume.

Anyway, nice job this is really starting to come together as a film.

One bit of advice. You seem to know what you're doing, but just for the sake of setting myself at ease, take good care of your equipment. No matter how bad you tear yourself up, you'll heal. Your equipment won't.

Find stable locations to take unstable shots.

Great stuff, Rob! Keep in mind that your body will adjust to stress. My husband reminded me of his experience in military basic training. At first he felt like he wasn't fit enough to do it, but as he pushed on, he got in shape. Make sure you eat plenty and get enough sleep. You can do this!
