Crickets, earthworms, and fish, mostly, but cannibalism might be a problem if you house different sizes together. Also, small frogs will probably be consumed.

watch the video "what to feed your salamander" they mainly eat crickets, nightcrawlers, read some care sheets on the tiger salamander before you buy one. i wouldn't recommend getting one from a petsmart/petco/ any other big name store they typically don't care for there animals properly and don't know a lot about the animals

hey my larva had its eyes legs and feet and tiny gills.. they arnt very feathery... should i try to give him a place to be on the land? his tail is still kinda fish like but i can see the real tail comeing in... what is hapopening?

You're not supposed to hold them a lot, since you skin chemicals might damage them (you shouldnt hold them a lot, but if you do, wash your hands with dechlorified water, NO SOAP)
