  • Blind their ignorant eyes, blazing sword of the sun. Sun Slash!

  • Fighting Bread Gang, my party was Beat and Alegretto (of course) LVL 12

    it was really easy

  • wow lv 12 ..... insane

  • nah, it took 45min to level up like this. my goal was the level 16.... but I was starting to get bored, but soon, I'm gonna post some overleveled runs, so pay attencion

  • oh i see it was xbox360 version wasnt it

  • You know what baffled me in the first two Encore boss battles? I somehow forgot to change my party level to 6...fought these guys on 1 and barely won. :(

  • hey tri ace fan, I don't get something. how Retto was LVL 3 and Beat LVL 2, if their experience points start all the same?

  • I guess Beat died one time.. ;P

  • @guisantos2901 dead member dont get exp????? i think that is the only way its possible.

  • Two weeks to get to 80? Do you mean on encore?

I've played for 3 days and gotten to 75. Then again, I've been rather attached to this game since i bought it.

    I'm looking forward to trying encore on ps3 version, but not at the same time. But trying to get through MU is a pain in the ass at the moment as it is v__v;

  • You will be surprised about the PS3 version.

You get to use princess Serenade and prince Crescendo in the PS3 version (though first rather late in the game), plus some new zones apart from the ones that are in the 360 version

  • Yeah, and you will be surprised about how the monsters are MUCH MORE harder to defeat, and how is hard to level up. If you beat the game in 45 hours, u must be happy

    PS3 version sucks

  • Why does it suck? It's basically a clone of the 360 version, but only with more playable characters and levels...

  • there somethings that are good, like the Lament and the EZI church dungeon, but the dificulty is much more harder, and for guys who like to be really overleveled, like me, it takes more time, and I can play all the day

  • @guisantos2901 your an idiot, one the ps3 version has a hard difficulty level for just normal. The money gain from monsters/bosses and even beat's pictures is sad amounts making us have to grind for money and items for longer amounts of time. the 360 version overall was easier compared to the ps3 version oddly they thought it was ok to make it more harder and add 2 new characters with 1-2 new dungeons and switch items placements with characters learning skills at diff lvls. both verions are ok

  • what that does taking pictures do other than being able to sell them?

  • I find in encore mode the exp you get when defeating monsters sucks ass.

  • Uh guys who doesnt know why their not getting party level 6 in encore its probly because you didnt load your Game Clear save file or you didnt set your party level in the party level menu in the game menu or maybe you didnt do MU dungeon...

  • before i started encore i was at party lv 5 and lv 72 with falsotto 60 with jazz and 63 with salsa (recommended team)

  • I was Party Level 6 and level 96 with Viola, Jazz and Falsetto. Such a kick in the pants to loose all that power :-(.

  • FUCK

I started encore mode without getting party level 6.

    Am i screwed?

  • lol same

  • me too

  • is this ps3 or xbox 360?

  • eternal sonata is available on both xbox 360 AND ps3 although i've got the ps3 one and its awesome i recommend u buy it

  • thanks for sharing!

  • u have to play encore mode after u finish the game?

  • no it's optional. After u win either go to new game to not play encore or click the save file with the medallion to start encore

  • Lol, were you even trying to get a good picture?^_~

  • did everyone else get they're items transfered after beating the game and going into encore mode ? i did not get any of my items on the further playtrough did i have to watch the ending again or should i just get the items ?

  • Only items i got transfered was that hero's mirror/key whatever its called and the score pieces id gotten

  • And you keep the Party Levels you get, and can freely change it.

  • use party level 4 in the early stages of encore mode, then advance to 5 or six in the middle of the game.

  • After watching a few vids, and after getting it myself, Party level 6 is important.

  • Oh and that blocking is really BIG in encore mode

  • haha encore mode is fun ^^

    i have one question....

if you decided to spend a really really REALLY long time training your characters before polka and fredric fight the insane guy in the forrest...... would you be able to beat him?

and i mean an EXTREMELY large ammount of time

  • No you can't beat him it's a part of the story that you get beaten.

  • You can beat Fugue the first time, but even if you win, the cutscene afterwards will be the same.

  • I'm pretty sure you can't actually damage him. When you attack him, the numbers that appear aren't subtracted from his HP. "Total Damage" is always 0 after your turn.

  • ^^By "him" I was talking about The first fight with fugue that you can't win, in response to gaara20079's question.

  • hmm it's possible. Try training to level 80 which will take like 2 weeks lol then try if u want XD

  • encore mode? is that i higher difficulty?

  • Yes, the enemies/bosses are more powerful.

  • yep, the enemies have double HP, 1.5 times attack and better AI occasionally

  • Wow, I must really suck at battles, because I got 2 game overs with this boss in encore mode at first. I finally beat him when I had Beat and Allegretto at level 5, used a ton of items to keep them alive, and I think I was at party level 1 (originally had level 5, but that didn't work too well).

  • I never knew you were into ES xD.
