K... Tobi a.k.a madara uchiha was/is the first wielder of the sharingan and was one of the very first uchiha. He didnt unleash the beast, He just took control of it for a short time but Yondamie sealed it inside of Naruto.. He made tobi so people wouldnt know He was a massive threat, thus having the kid act. He was secretly pulling the strings and is the one who introduced the idea to yahiko who soon became Pein after his Death...
