  • Please put up some sheet music! I desperately need this.

  • yeah, i knew this song was epic

  • play some pokemon game songs...you know red blue silver gold

  • dude,i know THIS one was hard to do...right?The high notes are amazing!I got chops dude, but you are blastin that man!!!So Awesome!!I would like music as well.

  • @007brye Yeah. this one gets up there. haha. Thanks :D

  • Euphonium= Trumpet + Tuba. It got the bass and the melody.

  • I really like this. Your playing is great, but the recording has a little bit of noise; I'd LOVE an MP3 of a cleaner recorded version.

  • @Tinaddar Yeah. I usually use a compressed version for videos. I record in my bedroom, too, which usually ends up with a bit of noise on its own. I've been telling myself I'm going to have a website for a few years now...

  • May i ask how you produce your vibrato, since there are a couple of different ways??

  • @MrChambs915 from the looks of it, he does it with his airstream.

  • @guitarboyemk Nah. I actually tend not to use a ton of vibrato, but it's all jaw. Try not to mess with your air support for vibrato.

  • @nhjansen Yeah i just watched in full screen and I see what you mean. How deep and wide would you say your mouthpiece is compared to a Schilke 51D, if you've ever seen or played one?

  • @guitarboyemk I used to play a large bore 51D for marching/pep band.

  • How long have you played euphonium?!?!?! This is so beyond incredible... i can't even begin to put into words!!!! :D

  • Very nice job, says a baritone player.

  • Excellent work. Thank you for sharing this.

  • never mind, checked the channel and saw willson 2900s

  • what kind of euphonium do you play?

  • Latest two liked and posted to FB. Keep 'em coming! :D

  • I liked your playing better without your shirt... :P Still AWESOME stuff! So excited to see you're posting more excellent Euph vids!

  • Wow, this brings back memories...^_^

By the way, is there any chance of getting the sheets for this and your other FF arrangements? I've been wanting to try playing Decisive Battle for awhile, but can't find anything for euphonium. (this was just officially added to my "to play" list as well...it's epic!)

  • @Tiffany72195 I've been saying for a couple years I'll get all the charts up on a website like TubaPeter does, but I don't really like that part as much as I like playing and recording... lol. So it's on the back burner.

  • You are one of the few reasons I still play the euph instead of trombone. Do you read both treble and bass clef or just one?

  • @BankaiKisuke In order of clef proficiency: C Bass, C Tenor, Bb Treble, C Alto, C Treble, all others negligible.

  • beautiful! I absolutely love it when you play music from video games. (p.s. would you ever take requests for songs?)

  • @TheCombatFetus Well. If you hop on over to my channel, you'll notice I have a little deal set up specifically for requesting songs :P haha. You can just type in a suggestion, but it works a lot better if you can find a video of it and link it through the little survey system. Then people can vote on it, too :)

  • Beautiful, as always.

  • @masewindu35 Thank you much :D

  • I like how you take the lead melody into the upper register; the high Bb is written as treble clef top-line F in French horn parts. Not stratospheric, but still considered part of the horn's upper register.

  • @KarlBonner1982 Thanks! I try to keep these video game arrangements in their original key. The melody shown in the video goes up to the Bb at the end and the background arpeggios go up to the Eb above that.

  • I IDOLIZE YOU!

  • *Meant to say that they don't march trombones haha

  • Have you ever played a marching baritone?? Just this year, when I switched schools, I found out that they march trombones, only baritones haha. If so, are they hard to play if you've never had that experience before?

  • @furby962 I played a marching baritone in college. They aren't any more or less difficult to play than a concert horn. They don't generally sound as good, but the technique is the same. I used a 51D for my marching stuff and my Bowman EU1 for the concert horn, that's the only difference.

  • I love your videos. You're probably asked this a lot, but what make is the horn that you use? I'm look at getting a professional model.

  • @bobbert20 All that fun information is on my channel in my Profile section (lower left) :D

  • "There was WAY too much going on in the background to have a video of each part"

    Melodically AND physically.

Those bike parts on your wall are so random.

    Loved the music as always.

  • FUCK YEAH MY NIGGA. I wished I still played maplestory ;_;

  • dude, how are you so fucking good? this is like RETARDED GOOD...EVERY SINGLE TIME i watch one of your videos, i realize how terrible i am at euphonium

  • @dtb2111 also ff music is amazing in general, how can you have just one favorite?

  • @dtb2111 "one of" my favorites :P I've arranged most of my favorites already, just need to record...

  • @nhjansen ah ok haha :D is there any chance we can get some these arrangements? id LOVE to take a crack at the decisive battle, and this one too

  • @sakume777ruukasu It has been one of my favorite themes from any of the games :)

  • Amazing, to say the least.

  • @SnipeHear1 Thank you much :D

  • :D Amazing Work!

  • @Mindfor2012 Thanks!

  • this is so raven

  • Keep the videos coming :)

  • @NormallyNothing Plan on it.

  • can't...stop...listening...in...awe...
