when i click listen show me

Any one get this to work on Windows 7 64bit? When trying to "Listen" I get a:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.
Let me know if I'm doing anything wrong is possible - look forward to getting this working!

dude, it doesnt work, it gives me an initialization error, and it's not just me, it gives the same error to 3 of my friends
