Captives at Guantánamo Bay were chained hand and foot in a fetal position to the floor for 18 hours or more, urinating and defecating on themselves, an FBI report has revealed.
The accounts of mistreatment were contained in FBI documents released yesterday (pdf) as part of a lawsuit involving the American Civil Liberties Union, a civil liberties group.

The majority of the "captives" (we call the enemy) we jailed because they either shot at our troops, were found setting explosives or were on wanted. Figures someone not American would complain. Yeah, most have not had a trial but they are considered terrorists for a reason. Much different and have NO rights in our eyes. Sorry you disagree.

The Geneva Convention? None of the middle eastern countries obey the rules of that organization. Even the UN is useless in this day and age. Just because America is "topdog" other countries think they can shit on us. We help every and any country we can. We have paid billions for forign aid and libirated so many countries in the past. Your country included. Ok, I really shouldn't say the US is above the law, but regarding G-bay I think too many are siding with the wrong side. Thats fine.

IT'S POLITICAL--did you listen to the French TV clip? He has a house in Switzerland. The balance of justice requires he be freed immediately.
