Plus, didn't the fairies have to cast a spell on people to make them see them? and yet the little girl and her grandpa can see them just fine? (unless clowns have the gift of fairy sight)

Well actually Batty in this sequel at first was pretty ruined but looking at it again he wouldn't be so bad if he didn't look different.

Batty in the first one was the best character. :)

The expanding of Goana's character remains to be one, if the the only, good thing about this sequel. But why's his voice different if Tone Loc is still his voice actor? He sounds like Batman!

I do admit though I like the relationship that is shown between Pipp and Crysta... Even though, I'd agree on the not-as-good animation or voices, I like the storyline. And Nugget's adorable. At least the script for Batty's act didn't turn out so bad [he still manages to crack me up XD].

okay i dont think i can watch anymore. the original ferngully as so much better: the voices were better, the animation was WAY better, the songs were better, and it was sooo much cuter and just...GOOD!

I barely remember this second movie. But Watching back on it now, I can hardly believe that this was a sequel to Ferngully, they're so drastically different.
