If you get a dog used to never wearing a collar, and then try to take him out for a walk when he grows up (with a collar and a leash), ger ready for a fight. It's bet to start getting them used to collars early on. No need to put it on tight, just enough so he feels that there is something around his neck and it's not a threat to him.
@NaderA17 The material of the collar as you can see in this vid is very light. It doesnt harm the puppy at all, I dont even know if there is a collar that can harm a puppy but im sure this one doesnt hurt at all
@kaikaz Although my comment was from a year ago, irresponsible bully breed breeders/owners have been known to put heavy collars, chains, and bolts on a puppy's neck to "make the dog stronger" - when in reality it's just hurting the dog. A BULLmastiff falls into that category, so when I saw the collar, that's what I thought of.
oh my gosh! that puppy is so super awesomely cute! can't wait till ours come along

*laughs* It's prolly not even a month old yet and already it's as big as a pug. That's just too cute. Mastiffs are such sweet boos.

I think the puppy wants company... someone to warm him... puppies don't like to sleep alone, that's true...hahaha

why is there a collar on this puppy?
NaderA17 2 years ago
The collars on the puppy are not tight, they are put on for identification purposes, such as worming or when someone left a deposit on one.

is there a problem?

@NaderA17 It's also a good idea to get them used to the idea of wearing a collar, as well.
